un site parfaitement tenu pour des vacances confortables et relaxantes

personnel ultra attentif et serviable, des piscines vastes avec une eau parfaitement traitée (transparence et niveau du désinfectant), une plage avec accès directe équipée avec suffisamment de transats et un petit déjeuner varié et de grande qualité

la musique sur la plage bcp trop forte qui coupe les bruits de la nature (vagues, vent) des matelas un peu vieillissant qui ont déjà supporté trop de poids

The smell of the room needs to be improved, otherwise it is good.

Breakfast options are plentiful. The overall space design is exquisite and generous. The beach is clean and beautiful.

The air conditioning in the restaurant is not enough. The room has a very severe musty smell, even after the staff helped us change the room, the smell is still obvious, but it is slightly weaker, otherwise it is good.

A very relaxing break, we did not leave the hotel complex for the duration of our stay

Hand on heart the most tranquil hotel I have ever stayed at, we left feeling totally relaxed and revitalised

Initially the room had a smell of stale air, like it had not been occupied for some time, the room would have benefitted from some fresh air before we arrived. The facilities listed for the room here on Booking.com were not correct, it states the room has a jacuzzi bath on the balcony however only the ground floor pool access rooms have this, all elevated rooms have a normal bath, this was however a nice big bath.

Comparing hotel vs price it is a very good place to stay. We came here from Phuket to change the sourraoundings. There are many good things about this hotel and many small things for improvement. First, the hospitality experience could be much better, the reception employees are not always helpful, but the worst was the man responsible for the towels, who didn't want to give me towers in exchange of cards provided during the check-in. He was literalily arguing with me about it, trying to convince me, that I should use my bathroom (white) towels... this completely ruined the hospitality experience = no hospitality. Anyway, exchanging towels for cards is a stupid idea, in all other hotels we didn't have to do it. The cleaning ladies were very nice, the restaurant people also very nice and supporting. There is a nice beach with good equipment. Also, the swimming pools are nice. Food in the restaurant was very good for fair price, they have a lot of choices and we didn't have to go outside to eat. The room was nice and quite big, however I suppose the size of it on the booking.com takes the balkon under consideration in this calculation. We had a bathtube on the balkon and shower in the bathroom and this is the best combination. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices.

Staff not always helpful and nice. Not all areas were accessible for strolleys and people with limited mobility. Towel cards...

amazing stay. the best staff who were friendly and made our stay even better

Relaxing and comfortable beach holiday!

Hotel staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived at the hotel and throughout our stay. Facilities were well maintained and there were lots of activities catered to everyone.

When it rains, connecting to various parts of the hotel can be a challenge, especially for families with children.

Hotel location good,and quite new hotel,bed are very good.All hotel staff is really friendly.In reception Vanny is super and helpful.We was here last year too,and everything was even little bit better this year.If you want to have good breakfast,here you find it !!!.

Helpful staff and beautiful beach

- the staff were very helpful when we asked to move rooms due to the over bearing smell of mould and sewage as well as our ocean view which was obscured by rusty oil cans and a rusty building (room 3135). They moved us to a better room within 24hours (3132). - the views in the new room were much better and there was no smell of sewage in the room. it still was damp ans smelt a bit mouldy. They also lit a burner to help with the smell. - Food at the restaurant and the some of the food during breakfast was tasty - lovely pool - beautiful beach at the front of the hotel. V. clean. looks lovely at night with all of the lights - they provide decent bikes to rent for biking riding - great location. the town is a fairly run down but some lovely restaurants and lots of places to book trips/massage.

- sewage/drain smell each time you walked past/into the first block next to reception. - hall ways were filthy - general maintenance of the building looked shabby (could do with a paint job) and blinds on the outside were black with mould - rooms were very damp and smelt mouldy (all my clothes needed washing despite not wearing some of them when we got back because the mould had permeated everything). - the hot food that was on the buffet breakfast was put on top on mini gas hobs but they weren’t lit so most of it was cold. - the fridge door where they kept the yoghurts etc during breakfast was filthy. All sticky finger marks.

It was my second time there. Always love the giant swimming pools and the cleanness of the room. So glad that I came with my mom, she really liked the place and everything :) Don't hesitate to choose the place, you gonna love it !

Very relaxed family friendly hotel

Pools and location on the beach was fantastic, staff were super friendly and would so anything to make sure you were happy. Free late check out was really appreciated especially with the two young children. Really relaxed vibe and great happy hours at the bar! Large selection of food available for breakfast.

Jucuzzi bath and sound system didn't work in our room (or we just didn't have any instructions on know how to use) but nothing else.

good location

good location - walking distance to the village, the market, restaurant area. big comfortable rooms (and beds). cute kids club.

the maintenance level was low: ripped pool chairs, holes etc. the breakfast restaurant not prepared for the number of people when patio wasnt being used. also dark and not nice to sit at. big distances within the property itself. we got used slippers on arrival. when we pointed this out to the staff they replaced them with another pair of used slippers.
