Superb

The hotel location is great. The ambience is good and the staff is very helpful. They also changed my room to give me room with lift access for my mother. It was a real pleasure to stay at Mayfair

It was a relaxing couple of days in a hectic Bharat Darshan.

Great location with easy access to the beach, well maintained facilities with excellent pool, extensive breakfast selection. We were lucky to be upgraded to room with balcony with sweeping views

Not Value for missing and had an missing element of a 5 star hotel property,

location, beach access and staff service quality

Washroom, Slow water in jacuzzi, water taps in the bath tub not working properly and door lock had an issue every time while opening the room number 121.

Great stay, payment related issues!

The location was nice and very close to the beach. The food was very good.

I had a bad experience regarding the payment. I paid the full booking amount in advance and received confirmation from the hotel. While checking in, they said that I need to make the payment. I showed them the receipt and the reception staff agreed that payment has been done. However, while check-out, they again asked me to make the payment. I again informed them that full payment has been done in advance in response to which they again asked for the receipt. Finally, the staff said that it was a mistake on their said. I did not expect this sort of repeated mistake.

It's a great luxury hotel to stay at. The staff were courteous and welcoming.

If I had to leave a remark, one of the rooms we had had no sheets and just had a duvet cover. Also the bath towels weren't inspected, and it was an used one
