Beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet room with great view of pool!

Very convenient location. Beautiful, spacious room. Free Wifi. Good price point. Big bathroom & showers. Provided toiletries & towels. Kitchenette & fridge. Friendly, accommodating staff/property owner. Communicative/responsive property owner! Pretty clean & lots of storage room. Lots of lighting. Black out curtains. Smoke free.

Difficult to open the balcony door & had some minor needed cleanups (some greasy prints on cupboards & water still in ice bucket). Other than that, it was clean!

Location, room size, convenience items, free valet, no resort fee, comfy.

valet was swamped at check in, a real nightmare but they “made it right”. not thrilled with the maid service, very limited.

We're coming back with the family!

We loved our entire stay even the baggage being held for us after we checked out. Our room was roomy and clean. It also provided all essentials needed for our stay. The outside provided a warm fireplace by the pool.

There was one hair in the tub. I always wipe down a jacuzzi before I get in. I found a hair but otherwise it was clean.

Terrible experience and an irresponsible owner.

Terrible experience. We paid almost $300 per night for our stay and found dirty sheets and a huge noise at night (because someone forgot to close the balcony door in the room next to us). The property is owned by a private owner with no resources to assist us beyond 10 am to 5 pm. Thus, we couldn't receive any timely service and had to sleep with our cloth on in a noisy room. To make it worse, the owner denied any responsibilities and played a game with booking.com with slow communication only through messages to prevent us from canceling the reservation and finding another place for the rest of our stay. Stay away from this property! At least, reserve the ones managed by MGM Signature (onsite 7/24) to get timely service.

The Signature @ MGM 10 stars!

Quick valet service! + it's free! Room is clean, well located! Owner is very accomodating and responds in a very timely manner! The 3 night stay was totally worth it!

The receptionist did not inform us that the lazy river will be closed on the very day that we planned to enjoy it (due to a bar construction)! 😑 and we were already flying out the next day.

MGM Signature provided an excellent room.

The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with a kitchenette.

MGM Signature did not have casinos of their own. We had to walk over to MGM Grand for casinos.

Not on the strip!

We could never use the valet. When we arrived they were full. We had to park a million miles away at self parking at the MGM Grand. The next day we tried again. No luck. The end of the trip we had to lug all our bags a 30 min walk all the way to the self parking thru signature towers, thru the shops, thru the MGM casino, all the way to self parking. It was ridiculous! The room was nice. The view was pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable... But the towers are extremely inconveniently located in relation to the strip. It's advertized as "on the strip" but it's actually a 15-20 min walk just to get to the strip. We come to Vegas 3 or 4 times a year. I liked the room but there are much more convenient options available for the same price point.

Parking sucked. Valet always full. Not conveniently located on the strip. Lighting in the room was not very good.

Beautiful hotel

The hot water was instant. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was great. Tasty food. Great price. The pool and the area were super nice. Air conditioner worked great.

The door kept on getting stuck had to try the key multiple times. Could not open terrace door. What a loss.

Excellent. Would definitely book again.

The suite was great. Enjoyed my birthday stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Didn't know the suite was on the 2nd level. Great view though. Toilet area kinda smelled but I kept the door closed. Couldn't open the balcony door for some reason.
