The staff was funny, happy and friendly. Nice and relaxing place.

The price always without vat , services ++. Dident like to ger servid a price "its cost 50 dollar" but you need to pay 80. Etc.

loved this!

staff were friendly and were there for me all the time. once there was a cute small frog that was in my room and the staff came over quickly and caught it with their hands. they were also very prompt and made sure my room was clean and gave me suggestions on where to visit.

it was way too quiet but it’s okay

Everything you need and more

Stayed in the Royal Suite, it's an absolutely stunning building. very friendly staff that seemed to be on reception at every point of the visit. Short Tuktuk ride to the main tourist strip and a short ride to Angkor Wat.

the only thing that let the property down was a pile of sand on the driveway, which was obviously for maintenance, but no big deal, would defiantly recommend and stay again

Not as described.

The neighbourhood is quiet and makes easy to sleep in the night. The staff is polite. The drivers of the tuc tuc are nice. This place should have been amazing time ago, the buildings and common areas must have been pretty, now they are too abandoned.

The manteinance is too poor, one of the swimming pools was leaking, the area had holes at the floor. The spa area is like a warehouse of dusty old furniture. Sauna and jacuzzi were out of order (anyway who wants to have a spa session at an untidy and crowded of old furniture area ?) The restaurant has no personnel and the day we arrived was not working. Once the night comes down, the only common place where the light is on is at the reception. Even the access and corridors to the room were dark. The room was no clean and light was ridiculous. The breakfast is neither enought quantity nor good quality. When you complaint it seems that they do not care, they just say I am sorry and keep on with their lives. It is understandable that after the pandemic the quality has dropped somewhat, but from what is described to what is offered there is too much difference and the price is too expensive for what they provide. We finnaly moved to another place, similar price but much, much better quality and service.

The premium price is not worthwhile

The staff is nice, but not all of them can speak English.

It could be that I had unrealistically high expectation for the experience due to the premium I paid for the stay compared to other hotels, but my feedbacks were summarized as below for those who want to take as reference 1. Many mosquitoes. Hard to fall asleep for 3 days. 2. The service provided is not consistent with what was presented on Booking.com (for example, we didn't receive the welcome fruit basket and adapters were not provided in the room) 3. A thick layer of dust covered at the bench beside the swimming pool - really disappointed 4. Facilities are quite old...Really different from photos on Booking.com 5. We didn't have hot water for shower in the last two nights..... 6. The breakfast is not buffet, which is different from what was promised on Booking.com. And it is very expensive 7. Location is not convenient enough......

Peaceful & Great environment

My stay was short so I haven’t got a chance to fully view the entire resort. However, in summary I can say I have such a great stay. The accommodation was quite nice and fully equipped with all essentials. Worth the money

Superb

Amazing room and the saltwater and freshwater swimming pools were really awesome. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Wide variety of options in the breakfast buffet and vegetarian friendly as well. Really great place to chill out.

The location - it is about 15 mins ride by car/tuk tuk to the centre (pub street/night market) which will cost around $4-$5 for a round trip each time you go to the centre. It would have been great if they offered free shuttle (at least one way) to the centre in the price since there is nothing nearby. However, we really enjoyed our stay there and we shall definitely want to go again.
