This was definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we had ever stayed at. It definitely felt like 5* from the moment we arrived. Lovely drink upon arrival and the staff then talked us through all of the amenities, happy hour and restaurant options. Fantastic service from all of the lovely staff. The pool areas were soo beautiful and it was great to also have the option to lay on the beach. The buffet meals were also great - super varied and delicious/fresh food. Had the best stay and couldn't recommend more!

the property is really amazing for its location, the pool and the private beach. I enjoyed every moment spent in the pool and the beach. staff were amazingly kind and pleasant.

hôtel seems to be a bit old, it was a bit challenging to find a way for the stroller when moving from one side to another inside the hotel facilities. a hotel with this reputation should think about disabled persons and parents with babies. likewise, doors need to be opened and automated doors would have been way better.

spacious, well -kept, clean , green , the many pools and jacuzzis

Good quality hotel with nice views from the sea-facing room. Exceptionnal pool complex with 3 very large pools, water slides, jacuzzi, river, etc. Friendly staff. Snorkeling from the beach is possible with some interesting fish. Good dive center in the resort! I definitely enjoyed their dives in the great house reef & beyond. Plenty of other water activities to book. Car rental and driver company in-house if you want to book excursions.

Definitely not great value for money, we paid 400 USD+/night for what is, in effect, a nice resort for German retirees with horrendous sunburn. It's worth it if you can manage a lower rate. Unfortunately for the hotel, the areas surrounding it are dirty and despite their best effort the water has quite a few food remains, chips and candy bar wrappers...that does not make for a nice snorkeling experience. Service is quite slow (if you ask something for the room, it will take an hour and 3 reminder phone calls). The people who order room service will leave the trays outside the door and the tray will stay for...12 or 14 hours without anybody touching it. It's really nothing too bad but for the price you would expect much better.

Great hotel right on the beach. Very welcoming environment, the room was comfortable and spacious, the facilities were nice and well kept. Food was good. Also the gym is well equipped. Plenty of pools around and easy access to the water. If you like snorkeling, definitely worth it to take a tour: there are beautiful corals just 10 min away.

i asked for a late check out just an extra hour thats all i need , they told me they cant cause there is another reservation on my room , but if i pay an extra 50 JD i can stay extra 3 hour !!!! , the couldn’t give me an hour but after i pay they give me 3 , so totally about money

Buffet mail meals were past their best, possibly because the place was quiet out of season, but the deserts were amazing!
