Beautiful resort, needs upgrading, more comfortable beds, better trained staff.

It is a beautiful property no doubt. The pool was excellent. The room was nice very large with a view of the pool. Property had lots of food options. The original bellman, Hunter was very nice and helpful the first night showing us different room options.

However bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows were like concrete. Shower was too small. Had an incident with front desk on 2nd night. We had ordered Pizza delivery and called front desk and asked how to handle. They said all deliveries come to front desk and she told us the bellman would deliver to our room. We got notice that pizza had been dropped off and waited 15 minutes and no delivery. Went to the front desk and saw our pizza sitting in the corner getting cold. All the clerk could could say is it smelled good. Spent 50 dollars on a pizza had 1 slice warm and 2 cold and threw the rest away. We made special effort with front desk to no avail.

Nice quiet room, quiet a/c, comfortable bed.

Too far from the parking lot to get to the car. Ridiculous to go thru the lobby each time.shower head hit us both in the face. Could not be adjusted at all.

Great romantic stay.

Came for a night with my boyfriend. We had breakfast at one of the restaurants at the resort and at Bob’s for dinner. Food was amazing at both and our servers were so friendly. Great experience! The room was stunning and we slept great. The pool was terrific. Not too busy at all and there were awesome cocktails served at the poolside bar.

There was no microwave in the room, which was unfortunate because we were unable to eat our left over La from Bob’s.

Quiet, secure, luxurious stay.

Beautiful, quiet, secure resort. Check in was quick and love the unique smell synonymous with Omni resorts. Suite was large and private. The fire pit outside the room was a pleasant surprise to sit around at night. Pool was clean and well maintained. Having a pool bar is always a plus! We did not golf, so can't provide any feedback on that.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Enjoyable weekend, large room with balcony by the pool, nicely appointed resort.

Peaceful environment, multiple restaurants large room/junior suite comfortable bed newly renovated main building

Lack of convenience/sundry store Blasting music at 7 AM on Easter Sunday by the pool (called reception about it and they turned it off).

I was very disappointed, the price would have assumed better service and accommodations.

Most of the staff was friendly

When we arrived we did not have support to our room. I had to lug our luggage up and down three flights of stairs. When we asked where our room was the bus boy said over there the other side of the pool. The advertisement for the room said view of the golf course and mountains, 0ut our patio was a large tree and the driving range. The cleaning staff did a medium job, basically giving fresh towels and supplies. Cleaning was not very well done during our stay.

room was out dated not like the pictures, and desk service was totally terrible. Nobody knows anything about banquets or service they offer. Only good thing out of this was the coffee cafe and my hat goes out to Cody. A very great young man and makes you fill good even if there rooms are out dated.

perfect stay for the night!

loved the setting and the golf course. rooms were spacious, shower was perfect and the robes were comfortable. it was pet friendly so we were able to bring our puppy.

a little hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area. also they were just finishing up remodeling so things were fully available. I’m sure it will be beautiful when it’s done.

Ambient music throughout the property very intrusive would not recommend

It was a great pool and a beautiful view of the mountains.

The music that they have on throughout the property was so loud you could hear it clearly in your room with all the doors and windows shut. It was like having an annoying roommate blast his own favorite music throughout the day and into the night. During the day they played covers of eighties songs and inexplicably switched to country at night. After four days I was ready to look for a new roommate. We were close to the pool so I would have expected a little noise but there were speakers along the walkways so our building was getting blasted with music by both sides. I understand they are renovating and I expected noises associated with that, but the loud music is not part of the renovation deal. Are you a golf resort or is this a rave?

The property within itself is astounding, I have been there before and it was beautiful.

Unfortunately the spa was closed, breakfast had half a menu due to remodeling, which would have been fine if we would have been notified, as we had plans to use the spa.
