Great hotel with an amazing breakfast

Great staff who are very friendly and the breakfast was faultless - one of the best we've ever had!

Air con in the room was a bit rickety and made a funny noise sometimes It would've been good to have comms from the hotel via WhatsApp or other means about the ferry port closure as we didn't find out until the night before our boat was due to leave and only got an update if we asked at reception

Our stay at Pink Coco was absolutely sensational!! I wish I was back there right now! :(

Everything about Pink Coco Gili Air was sensational!! The staff were warm, welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful. The pool was magnificent, set in beautifully manicured gardens and grounds - and sipping on a cocktail in the pool whilst looking out towards the beach and watching the sunset was a highlight! The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable!

Exceptional

This resort is absolutely amazing. Everything from the accommodating & friendly staff to the lovely rooms & great breakfast (7am to 12md) served to the table in the restaurant ( better than buffet). Pool & spa ( massages) were fantastic as well as the location looking out over the ocean. You can sit on pink bean bag chairs to watch the sunset while being served cocktails. The beautiful staff can also arrange all your activities including a snorkling trip on their pink boat. Also being adult only, makes for a quieter relaxing experience. We just loved this place & is worth the travelling to get there.

Good place if you're a straight couple / Not totally recommended for LGBT+ people

The staff was incredible friendly. The reception team was very nice, particularly Mia. Also, Will at the restaurant gave us the best customer service ever. He was so attentive and kind so he made our dinning experiences wonderful. Therefore, human-interaction wise the staff was very good.

We are a gay couple and we experienced a few unpleasant moments. For example, when making the booking for our honeymoon they automatically assumed that we were a straight couple. I had to clarify 3 times that we were two gentleman before they started to address us correctly, which was very awkward. Additionally, everything in the hotel seems to have been prepared for straight couples, for example, they left a pijama in the bedroom that had engraved "hers" which really threw us off. The slippers/flip flops they provide are clearly for male (these were very large) and the others for female (these were very little). Even parts of the decoration like the toilet paintings displayed a male in one side and a female in the other. Overall, that felt very passive-aggressive and we would not recommend this venue for any non-straight couple. It is the only place in Bali/Gili Air in which felt like that.

A little oasis on Gili

Hands down our best stay from our whole trip we loved everything! Our suggestion to all is to stay here, from the best sunsets on the island, to the amazing facilities and friendly staff

Gorgeous place to stay in Gili Air

The pool and pool area was fantastic. lots of chairs and pool was big and good temperature. The setting was amazing. The staff were so lovely, very friendly and happy to help. We ate snacks and drinks by the pool each day. The staff also bought around complimentary drinks by the pool, and there was free water available all day.

Not much to complain about. We booked 4 nights but the hotel contacted us 2 weeks before that our last night was double booked so they had to move us but gave us a free couples massage and floating breakfast. It wasn’t a big deal to move and they were super helpful about it. no issues

beautiful stay, we didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful location right on the beach, the pool was incredible and staff were so lovely organising bikes and snorkelling for us.

Inside/Outside bathroom was quite warm and damp. Food at the tapas restaurant wasn’t great for veggies.

Excellent stay in paradise

Everything was excellent - from the beach side location to the food to the pool! But most importantly the staff were so friendly and so attentive, and really went out of their way to make everyone feel settled and welcomed!

A unique and funky hotel with great perks!

So many little touches that really made our stay, including pink pyjamas, turn down service with biscuits and candles lit, complimentary drinks by the pool to try, lots of toiletries and hotel exclusive perks like bikes, a sailing boat and two restaurants. Loved the sustainable mindset of the hotel and no plastic to be seen. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have liked for cappuccinos / latte etc to be included with breakfast.

Perfect stay and location. It was a highlight of our trip.

Location was amazing, all staff friendly and helpful. The food was incredible and exceeded our expectations! The frozen cocktails by the pool, and also sitting on the beach watching sunsets, and listening to the ocean. We will highly recommended to our friends and family. This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Thank you to everyone at Pink Coco for having us!

Great spot on the west side of Gili Air (fun and comfortable)

Lovely and very helpful staff, nice pool and cottages are well appointed, good food (esp Tapas Del Mar), great spot on west side to see the sunset

Suggest adding robes to cottage vs the his/hers PJs which are meant for certain couples (we were two friends traveling)

Directly located at the beach with nice breakfast included, especially that you could have as much coffee as you want was really nice. The stuff is super friendly! Good house keeping and turn down service. The hotel area itself is a little worn out in some parts, not exactly anymore as in the pictures (but still seems to be one of the best hotels on the island)

- the room sometimes smelled a little damp - in the message via booking it was said that the bike rental is for free, maybe the message just needs updating (it’s 40-60K per day)

Gorgeous and great food and drinks

Loved the pool, staff and room! So pretty, clean and cute. And omg the free breakfasts were amazing. Make sure to try the pancakes.

Wifi was slow. The water in the bathroom would occasionally not turn on - think their water tanks periodically run out and you need to wait for it to fill up.

A beautiful slice of paradise

Perfectly located on the sunset side of the island. Beautiful (and warm) pool with a refreshments station. Meticulously clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful spa gave our favourite massage on our trip. Superb breakfast including bottomless coffee. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had . The staff, the facilities, the food quality, the spa experience were outstanding. The location is quiet and very relaxing. Great for sunset viewing and morning beach walking. The laundry service was excellent. I have been travelling and working around the world for 30 years, and this ranks as one of my best experiences ever. The amazing staff make Pink Coco one of a kind.

Amazing stay - fabulous staff - Great value for money

The staff - Amazing, so helpful, very welcoming, top notch polite and respectful. Shout out to Izan who was so nice. The establishment - Very clean, well kept, the rooms are quite close to each other but once inside we couldn't hear what was outside or next door. Very well decorated. The pool - Beautiful, warm, there is an arrangement of drinks and snacks in a "honesty bar" available. The spa - so peaceful, the staff is very nice and offer a very relaxing environment. The restaurants - Breakfast is very nice ("main course", platter of fresh fruit, coffee/tea, fresh fruit juice) and filling! We also had dinner at the Spanish/tapas restaurant that was delicious.

The bathroom is inside/outside, which means there is no A/C there, it stays very humid, towels do not dry properly (can have a smell).
