Everything on site is what you'll see when you arrive. I did not expect the loft room could be so spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is really nice too.

When we entered our accommodation, there are lots of ants and some insects inside the room. The receptionist had to clean the room first. There were also lots of insects during our first night that we have to borrow an insect spray from the hotel. I requested to clean our room the next day to remove the dead insects from last night’s “battle with insects” 😝 by putting the “clean our room” tag on our door since we left early for our island tour and no available staff that time. When we came back, it was still unclean. 😢I also requested a twin bed when I booked online. They agreed and even sent me an email that my request got granted but when we arrived at the hotel, it was a queen size bed. The staff said that my request was not mentioned in the booking. 🙄 I just did not insist anymore to change our bed since we were tired already from our countryside tour.

Live the two storey accomodation we had, felt like a vacation on a beachfront resort.

Very centrally located on Alona Beach, this resort offers bungalows with a ground floor living room and bath and a very large upstairs sleeping room, with a view of the lovely pool. These units also have a covered patio with table and chairs. The resort includes a bar and a restaurant. It's relatively quiet, given its central location, and the pool area is very relaxing. The bar fronts on the beach so you are just steps away from the beach and lots of other dining choices if you don't want to eat there.

As the resort will tell you in advance, there is no road access to the resort. The nearest road ends a short distance from the resort. The walk is a little challenging with luggage but the resort had someone bring our bag to the road when we checked out, which was very considerate and helpful. The person at the front desk did not have much information on local sightseeing options.

There are too many ant in our unit, it wont bite you but it annoying we need to extra carful during our stay

The comfort of the room, its location on 'Alona beach', the nightlife buzz in the evening, good in-house Restaurant, polite and pleasant staff!

Sadly no in-room service/room dine-in and the housekeeping, in particular, was struggling in cleaning rooms on time, our's was getting cleaned as late as 5:00 pm in the evening

Place was beautiful wooden cabins surrounding an excellent pool, kept spotless by the staff, loved the whole experience infact booked an additional night, the only room available was the hobit house which is tiny but had everything we needed for just one night, would definately recommend and would revisit if going to Philipines again

The only thing that could be improved is to sell Dark rum at the bar ie., Myers or Captain Morgan and it would have been total perfection thankyou keep up the good work

The location is great, right by the beach.

We arrived 1,5 hours before we could enter our room, so we decided to have some lunch and return when they promised us we could enter our room (which we were totally fine with as we got there before the check-in time = 14). When we did we needed to wait another hour (15 min time slots > “your room will be ready in 15 min). When we finally entered our room it was 15:15. The bathroom was/is really humid, there is no real way to air it and when you turn on the shower the smell .. not something I would recommend. Overall I think the price is way to high, we paid €75 for one night, without breakfast. We couldn’t enter our room when we were supposed too. They didn’t clean or room the second day. I would recommend to book at the resort that is next to this one Hannan something. We checked it out afterwards, similar price range but waaaaaaay better quality.
