Cool and ideal settings for a couple getaway.
Food and facilities.
Exceedingly very long wait to check in (about 4 hours without much help from staff. Plus, the photographer who randomly started taking our pictures never explained that the photos were not free and booked us crazily for a photoshoot that we were simply not prepared to pay at all - way too unreasonable!

Worth every penny, marvelous staff
The resort was wonderful, the staff always went the extra mile to make you feel happy. The cleanliness was perfect, the food was very tasty and of high quality, a lot of variety as well. The bedrooms were really nice, cozy and had a wonderful mattress. The water sports are on a league of their own. Not only it boasted fantastic choices of sports available at any time without queues or hassle, but the staff was the most amazing I have ever seen. Again, the whole staff and the manager didn't measure efforts to make us feel happy, thank you so much! Keep the good work!
Out of the bat the beach. It was contained, small and a bit weird, at any moment during my booking I saw the real perspective of the beach size. The hotel location whilst it was nice because it was nearby the airport and secluded from vendors or kids, made the hotel maybe too isolated, in a way that we had to pay more than $200,00 just in order to see a little bit of the island like city center, one waterfall and a beach. Whilst the food was amazing, I believe there should be more than one option of buffet every day. There should be more accountability for the people smoking, after all they say it's a non smoking hotel. Lastly, I think that the tours and the photos are way too expensive.
