The food, service, hospitality, everything was fabulous. The food especially!

Nothing much.

The stay was good but witnessed the worst way of handling the luggage of the guests. Our 5 suitcases , 1 laptop bag and 3 shoe bags were handed over to some other guests and that guest checked out with the luggage in his car.

Also ..apart from this goof up on the luggage . What was more surprising was that the GM Mr Amit Kumar did not come to pacify us in the lobby area . While the young staff was trying their level best to sort the fiasco. but being rhe senior most in the hotel should have at least come down. More surprising was when I called him on landline I was told he is busy in a meeting and then NO call ..then when I again called the phone was not transferred to him While in the service industry myself. We understand that we are here because if the guests/ customers. If the senior most does not value the guests then it is a big question mark on the service quality. Also.how can a big hotel like Sheraton. Hand over the luggage to some other guest ? Again a question mark ?

Courteous staff who were around to help us with our two kids. The facilities were modern, clean and safe.

Property was really good especially staff Mr.Nithin took the lead & guided us throught the stay

The buffet at the reef was excellent and staffs were quite welcoming

The perfume in the corridor. The corridor was a bit unclean in our opinion. The bathroom had a leak which the housekeeping couldn't fix

staff were excellent. I loved the pool. Crocodile bank close by.

Buffet dinners, they must make sure kids are supervised. I witnessed children were putting their hands in the fruit bowl & salad bar to take food. This is unacceptable. please inform property managers.

The food was nice and but the service at the restaurant was little slow. The room was spacious.

The room was not clean. Upholstery over the furniture had water stains and was dirty. The mattress felt quite old. It was not comfortable to sleep, although the pillows were nice. All the taps in common washrooms and even in room washroom were spraying water was all over, the water flow was not nice, so the water was coming on the clothes.

Malpractice of not showing proper rates while booking. Was asked to pay 3000 extra for 3rd person per day. This was when booking.com clearly stated the rate for 3 people on half board basis.

Everything was good. The customer service, facilities, activities, breakfast and dinner menu and quality of food.

While the room was great, having experienced the setup of the room in a different hotel feel it would be great The jacuzzi, shower and rest room are all in one place. It would be nice to separate them and put in different places so multiple people in the room can use them

Wonderful Ambiemce , excellent breakfast and very helpful cordial staff

Would have loved a jacuzzi or sauna..avoid asking feedback for each in room dining order..food otherwise very good
