Great pools, breakfast was good and pool snacks were tasty, clean and comfortable rooms with spacious and modern fittings.

-Air conditioning was poor, spent two hours trying to fix and then ended up with a fan, despite setting to 18 it remained at 26-27 degrees and the engineer insisted it was 22 from the vent but that was not the case as it was very hot. -Poolside food and beverage service exceptionally slow..2 hours for an ice bucket, after spending time finding someone to order through. -staff notifying us via wechat we were required to pay more as we met our deposit amount, we were checking out the next day and given details were already held, we didn’t want to pay more as were intending on splitting the bill between two friends. We thought we settled at the desk explaining this, but at 10pm a staff manager came into our room (all the way in) saying we needed to pay more, considering my friend has an 8 year old this was not appreciated, nor have I ever experienced it in any hotel as the expectation is we settle on check out.

The floats that readily a available had to be rented. In other properties we can just use it at a given time

The facilities are very nice. Our kid enjoy the foam party at the kids pool. Free and good playground for kids and many attractions for them. Towels could be used at the beach and leave there at the basket. Gym in good condition.

Front desk and the staff responsible for the tours do not speak English (expected from Sheraton). The pickup from airport did not work out even confirmation received. The umbrellas at the beach were in bad condition.

Nice garden with nice pool area. Rooms are spacious and clean. I booked a Grand Deluxe Sea View Room, however, the view was only partly sea view. The reception was not able to help. Breakfast is just average.

The value for money is not good. Overall I did not feel to be in a 5 star hotel. The staff at the bar did not even know how to make a gin & tonic. However, to be fair, everything worked, but just not at a level one expects from Sheraton

Service in general was very good - checking in & out a bit slow and occasionally seemed to be a lack of training but the enthusiasm in most areas was good to see and all staff very helpful.. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable - great balcony with ocean views.. The grounds, which were enormous, were interesting and well maintained - pools were incredible - many areas to satisfy all manner of requirements and plenty for children of all ages.

thankfully and pleased to say, nothing major amiss.. but - menu choice in main restaurant was a little restrictive.. and whilst a large wine list, little stock.. after saying that, what food was available was well presented and well served by cheerful staff...

The swimming pool is good and bigger than some others in other hotels. The beach is close and the sand is really clean, comfortable even if you run with bare feet. The cleaning service is kind and they do their job good, always clean and tidy room!

Spent new year at hotel lobby bar. It was fine but the DJ music was not suitable for new year at all. The given room was nice and good, but a bit far from reception. The staff mostly do not speak English, but there is at least one lady who does speak Russian!
