A decent stay for a weekend

Lovely, safe, international brand - loved the food at the Shack - the drinks at the pool bar are great value and the little extras like the free paella cooking was very cute. Loved the vibe and we enjoyed the weekend all in all. Staff were lovely at the restaurants, there are enough pool beds and it was generally a relaxing weekend.

We got locked out on our own balcony which was terrifying, the door jammed behind us - and that really ruined our night because we only had WIFI signal and international phones to message the hotel who took about 15 minutes if not more to send someone up. Ironically the first helper sent rang the doorbell - quite ironic as IF WE COULD OPEN - we would not be locked on a balcony at 11pm...admitedly when staff finally got in and opened the door they found the situation amusing - which was a bit unprofessional considering I had gotten an entire anxiety attack on that balcony waiting to get back into our room and the least I would have expected was a genuine apology. My husband also developed a chlorine itch from the pool which might just mean he's too sensitive to the water treatment but that was not a great after effect in any case. AND in the secondary pool by the tapas restaurant we ran out after we saw a tiny white water worm swimming nearby. Minor bumps in what overall was a lovely relaxing weekend, but unfortunate in any case.

Good quiet hotel to relax, little bit far from main entertainments and restaurants.

pool bottom is sharp like sandpaper, when playing waterpolo you need to use deckshoes, else you can scratch your feet.

All inclusive!!

호텔은 청결하고 수영장, 음식 모두 만족스럽습니다. 수영장에 그늘이 없어 오후에는 따뜻합니다. 넓고 아이들을 위한 낮은 곳도 있어요. 튜브는 가지고 가면 공기 넣어줍니다. 충분한 방갈로와 선베드가 있고, pool bar와, 2개의 식당이 수영장 주변에 있어 물놀이하면서 편하게 이용할 수 있었어요. 대부분 조식만 이용하는 투숙객이고, 1/3정도 풀보드 입니다. 풀보드는 부페식이 아니고 메뉴를 선택하기 때문에, 바로 튀기고, 구운 요리를 맛볼 수 있어요. 술도 아낌없이 줍니다. 칵테일 모두 클래식하게 잘 만들어서 줍니다. 디저트도 꼭 드시기 바랍니다. 츄러스 방금 튀겨 맛있고, 아이스크림 모두 괜찮습니다. 라이터, 여성용품이 급하게 필요했는데프론트에서 바로 구해주셔서 잘 사용했습니다. 호텔에서 시내까지 100,000동(5천원) 일괄인듯해요,(미터기 없이 갑니다) 공항 셔틀버스는 꼭 하루 전에 예약하세요. (공항-호텔은 약 5~6달러입니다.) 주변 10분거리에 식당, 커피이 있어요. 3~5천원 정도입니다. (영어는 안됩니다. 사진 가져가세요.)

물이 큰 통으로 방에 구비되어 상온에 있습니다. (에어컨이 있어 시원하지만, 차갑지는 않아요) 조식은 조금 아쉽습니다. 미국식 아침 위주입니다.

Aufenthalt insgesamt okay, Hotel mit eigenem Strandbereich

+ Lage: sehr nah zum Flughafen (Ca. 10 min Autofahrt), dennoch ruhig (kein Fluglärm zu hören). Kostenloser Shuttleservice nach Plan und bei vorheriger Anmeldung. Fußläufig zum eigenen Hotelstrand, zum Markt und zu einigen Streetfood Ständen. Sehr nahe zum Sonasea Nachtmarkt (2 km). Taxiruf sehr gut (buchbar per App namens Grab) + Frühstück: Sehr vielfältig von asiatisch bis europäisch, täglich wechselnde Gerichte. Eines der besten Frühstückauswahl, die wir bisher hatten. + Zimmer: groß, geräumig mit Wohnbereich, mit großem kostenlosem Wasserspender sowie befüllbaren Glastrinkflaschen, schöner Ausblick auf die Hotelanlage und auf das Meer + Lobby: wunderschön, sehr groß, Barbereich mit täglich kostenlosem Nachmittagssnack/ Kaffee + Strand: Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandbereich (weißer Sand), der sauber gehalten wurde.

- Hotel ist kein 5-Sterne-Hotel so wie Booking.com es darstellt (offiziell nur ein 4-Sterne-Hotel) - Zimmer wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt (wir haben dort fast eine Woche gebucht): Ablageflächen und Nachttische wurden nicht gewischt, Benutzte Tassen und Glastrinkflaschen wurden nur beiseite geschoben - bei so einer höherwertigen Hotelklasse erwarten wir, dass man täglich die benutzten Tassen wegräumt und neue Tassen und/oder Glastrinkflaschen hinstellt und ordentlich putzt. Erst nach Reklamation wurde darauf geachtet und das Zimmer wurde besser gereinigt. - Einige Hotelangestellte an der Rezeption sind nicht professionell und wirken motivationslos: Wir haben nach Preisinformationen für eine Taxifahrt erfragt. Nachdem wir die Taxifahrt nicht buchen wollten, haben einige vom Personal kein freundliches Lächeln mehr. Das kennen wir so nicht von anderen Hotels in derselben Sternkategorie… - zu wenig Pool- und Strandliegen, die meisten waren schon durchgelegen (dünner Stoff, nicht bequem!) - Essen à la carte in den Restaurants waren nicht lecker (und natürlich überteuert für das, was man bekommt). Hier stimmt das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis definitiv nicht. - etwas abgelegen zum Zentrum Dương Đông/Nachtmarkt (10km/ ca. 20 min. Autofahrt) - Sightseeing-Touren oder Taxifahrten, die das Hotel vorstellt, sind sehr überteuert! Lieber im Zentrum über lokale Reisebüros und Taxis über die App „Grab“ buchen. - Aufzüge sind nicht klimatisiert, sodass es nach abgestandener Luft roch

Schönes Hotel, alles okay

Schönes Zimmer, die Betten waren extrem gemütlich, schöner Pool, der allerdings meine Haare verfärbt hat, leckeres Frühstück.

Der Pool hat meine Haare grün verfärbt, sehr ärgerlich. Die Restaurants sind sehr teuer und das Essen nicht gut. Dort hat eine kleine Asiatin gearbeitet, direkt bei dem Restaurant am Pool, wo es Burger gibt, die hatte keine Lust zu arbeiten.

Good experience except for a member of staff

Most of the staff was very very good. Always checked on you. Made sure you were comfortably relaxing. Swimming pool and its bar was pretty good set up. Swimming pool was perfectly sized with enough sunbeds. Private beach walking distance away.

Particular staff at the Shack facility. Treated a woman with room service provided her with a take away box to be able to have her meal in her room. When asking if I can get the same box I was refused but no idea why. Had the same all inclusive package as the person who was allowed but wasn't allowed to get the box. May e she got a special treatment 🫠. The laundry service was a little bummer as only certain time this would be done, would have been better if a laundry room was provided and you could do it yourself as an option.

Magnifique !

Très belle vue, la plage était propre et bien entretenue tout comme l’entièreté de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était ravissant avec de nombreuses choix différents d’aliments. La nourriture est de qualité, fait avec des produits frais. Je retournerai avec plaisir dans le futur

10/10 would love to come back

Everything. The facilities are amazing, take the room with Sea View and you wont regret it, breakfast buffet is incredible, the rest of bars and restaurants are great as well and the gym is good enough to try to do some exercise. All the staff were super friendly, particulary the restaurant manager Hoan who help us with the mosquito bites

Avkopplande.

Fin resort med fräscha faciliteter, nära till havet och bra poolområde. Frukosten var väldigt bra, det fanns ett stort utbud. Personalen var vänliga och tillmötesgående. Det är väl värt med All Inclusive.

Hade önskat fler vegetariska alternativ och mer bekväma solstolar vid poolen. Gymmet har ett ganska litet utbud av träningsredskap, tyvärr.

Totally worth the stay

The gardens, the swimming pools and the beach are great. Rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful and I want to mention Det, I’m the breakfast area, who exceeded herself to help to accommodate our needs.

The food could improve, in breakfast and restaurants. The quality varied a lot.

La piscina y la playa espectacular. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy cómodas. Property is in a reasonable location but quite some distance from attractions like Vinworld/Vinresorts and safari park. It’s good proximity to the cable car and outer islands.

I found he breakfast buffet to be average compared to other hotels but the staff were great and the coffee was good.

Amazing!

Pretty much the perfect stay. This resort is pretty amazing. It's right on the ocean and has got a gigantic swimming pool with a bar in it and tons of comfy mattresses and long chairs to chill, enjoy the sun and read a book. The three restaurants on site are pretty good and the breakfast definitely wins it all. That buffet is the best way to start the day. Room was very comfy, great bed, spacious, clean and with the private pool it was just the cherry on top. But what made our stay even better was the staff. The whole staff team was absolutely amazing and made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel.

If we really want to find a couple of things to improve, then it would be: - a bit more maintainance of the pool mattresses and long chairs which are showing a bit of fatigue. - the price of the restaurants which is a bit high.

Superb

Stayed before and will definitely stay again. Fantastic swimming pool with a bar in the middle and snack bar to one side of the pool. Rooms very comfortable and nice balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Day staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific.

Had a slight disagreement with the night staff at reception about room service, but the very helpful manager. Mr Lance soon put an end to that. Looking forward to the end of the year for a return holiday.

Very happy guests.

The pool is excellent and the swim up bar had a good selection of drinks. The breakfast was excellent and my son especially loved the donuts. The Vietnamese selection of food was also good quality.

The pillows were quite thick and only had one size. A selection of thicknesses would have been good.

Great hotel with easy access to the airport .

Beautiful pool and wonderful mature gardens which were very well tended Lovely staff .Nice pool bar . Good shuttle bus service into the night market. Very comfortable bed .

Sadly the sea fronting the beach was full of plastic litter ( obviously not the hotel’s fault ) . The hotel had cleaners on the beach picking up litter that had washed up on the sand but it was not pleasant swimming in the sea alongside plastic bottles , crisp packets and plastic bags .
