Le meilleur endroit de l’île

Cet endroit est incroyable. Le meilleur hôtel de l’île sans hésiter. Nous avions la cabane devant la plage et c’était simplement extraordinaire. L’eau et la plage sont magnifiques, le personne est adorable y au petit soin, la nourriture est divine et l’ambiance est calme et reposante.

Rien c’est fabuleux

Topaccomodatie

Een onzettend mooie accommodatie. Buiten de drukte van General Luna, maar goed te bereiken. De huisjes zijn prachtig ingericht en ook de buitenbadkamer is uniek. De staff is heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Ondanks dat het afgelegen ligt hadden we veel geluidsoverlast van muziek in de omgeving.

Definitely recommend this stay, the staff was lovely and very accommodating!

Great value for money, they offer many activities that you can book at the reception like scooter rentals, massages, boat trips etc. General Luna is a 15-20 minute scooter ride away and the road is great quality so that was never an issue. Also the food they serve was great and inexpensive!

Clean, calm and stylish.

Everything! Casita- spacious, clean, stylish. Looks just like the pictures. AC worked perfectly. Lots of outlets for the electronics. Bed was super comfortable. Outside shower was divine. Hot water all night long. Clean clean clean bathroom. Staff- beyond helpful, amazing. We stayed early December and it was raining. Plans could only be made the morning of, because it depended on the weather; but the staff was super helpful in recommending and setting up the tour and my surf lesson. Airport transport and scooter rental was easily arranged by the staff. Location- loved it. Quiet. Away from the noise and crowd. The beach is right in front of the property. The weather was always cooler here vs the town. It'll take about 6-8 minutes with a scooter to get to the main area of gen Luna. Would definitely stay here again, would recommend to all my good friends.

An excellent stay on a beautiful beach

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is situated on a private beach. When you walk out of your room you are directly on the beach! The beach itself is amazing and the hotel has loungers and chairs if you would like to relax at the beach. They also have paddle boards you can use if you want to do some SUP. The staff are very friendly. They were very accommodating and made our stay that extra special, by providing advice, tips and other information about activities and attractions we could visit during our stay. They provide room service every day and cleaned the rooms which was nice. The location of the hotel is great, it's a 7/8 minute drive (by scooter) from the main town of General Luna, where you can find an array of shops, restaurants bars and supermarkets. However it is still very quiet and peaceful where the hotel is based which we liked. The rooms are very spacious and of high quality. The beds were huge and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoors bathrooms and all the amenities that were provided. The rooms were also very clean. The hotel provides free access to cold water for drinking which we enjoyed.

Look no further, this place is the best!

We loved everything about this place; the location, the people, the beach villa, the views, the food, etc. The workers became family over our short time there. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in Siargao.

Guter Internetauftritt - Enttäuschende Realität

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse und es hat alles beinhaltet, was man so braucht. Das Retreat hat einen direkten Strandzugang, der Strand ist auch sehr gepflegt (Wasser aber nicht tief genug zum Schwimmen) Man konnte sich kostenlos SUPs ausleihen, was wir super fanden! Es gab die Möglichkeit für Yoga im Retreat (muss man aber einen Tag vorher selbst buchen) Das Zimmer wurde täglich saubergemacht und es gab super liebe Hunde die unseren Aufenthalt definitiv versüßt haben.

Das Badezimmer ist outdoor, was an sich sehr schön ist, allerdings gibt es so gut wie keine Überdachung, sodass bei Regen alles komplett nass wird und ein Klogang praktisch unmöglicu wird (ausser man möchte danach triefend nass sein). Zudem waren die Pflanzen vor allem am Klo so nah gepflanzt, dass diese einen durchgehend berührt haben während man auf dem Klo saß. Es werden an der Rezeption sowie im Internet Surfstunden angeboten. Dies haben wir direkt bei unserer Ankunft angesprochen und wir wollten für die kommenden Tage direkt Stunden fix machen. Das Personal konnte allerdings angeblich den Surflehrer tagelang nicht erreichen (wir waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft) und hat sich auch nicht um einen Ersatz etc. gekümmert. Es kam lediglich die Aussage, dass wir doch einfach mit einem Surflehrer gehen sollen, der von einer vorherigen Unterkunft von uns war - Schade da das surfen einer der Hauptgründe für unser Buchen mit dieser Unterkunft war... Im Internet steht ausserdem, dass es täglich Yoga gibt. Dies war nicht so, sondern man musste es selbst buchen und hoffen, dass am nächsten Tag der Lehrer noch verfügbar ist. Leider wurden dann noch Massagen von anderen Leuten überschneidend zu unserer Yoga-Stunde gebucht, weshalb es zu einem grossen Durcheinander kam, was den Yoga-Vibe ziemlich gedrückt hat. Uns wurde über Booking eine Nachricht geschrieben, dass der Transfer zum Flughafen 300 PHP pro Person kostet (so wie auch überall sonst auf der Insel). Vor Ort waren es dann plötzlich 400 PHP, weil angeblich in den letzten 2 Wochen der Preis angestiegen ist (davon wussten aber selbst die Leute am Flughafen nichts und die Nachricht war auch erst ein paar Tage her in der noch 300 PHP stand...) Der Pool wirkte überhaupt nicht einladend und am Strand waren nur 4 Liegen.

Soultribe has a limited number of units, this is due to their emphasis on customer satisfaction.

I enjoyed the slightly secluded location, and the amazingly friendly staff. Environment felt familial and safe. I very much recommend.

We love the huge cottage villa and it's design - it's beautiful! The staff are friendly and helpful.

The resort is small compared to how it is presented in the website. The villas were separated from the main resort, this was not clear in the website photos. The facilities (swimming pool, beach/sun beds, etc) are not as new as how they were presented in the site. All orders from the restaurant are recorded manually so be sure to double check the calculation when checking out (there was a mistake in calculating my bill).

Exceptional

I love that this hotel is in the beachfront so once I wake up I can just easily go and chill at the beach. And it is so peaceful as it is a bit far from cloud 9 so you get a peaceful and relaxing stay. Staff are super friendly.

Just that our room booked didn’t come with breakfast but other than that everything was great. Room was clean and super cozy.

Superb

staff especially Kuya Ramil are very kind, friendly and reliable, they took care of us when my husband and I arrived sick from our last trip and they know what exactly what we need.

The noise from the road its hard to get a good sleep at night as we were in the 4th cabana which is right next to the road.

Confy and well treated. Cabins and deco is perfect and Staff is amazing

Even we don’t had what we had in mind (the cabins are not exactly in front of the sea, just the first one..) we had an amazing expieriencd due to Tracey and her team. Specially Jen. They made ys feel at our home. Their carefull and personal treat, and the location of the hotel was a better option than gl. If i went back i defenetly would go again to soultribe. :)

chilled, beachey, tropical, beautiful…

Absolutely stunning setting right on the beach - 10 seeps and you’re in the ocean. quiet, chilled and serene. gorgeous dogs keeping you company, yummy food and the most lovely host Tracey :) Felt so welcomed and part of the tribe.

There is multiple beacv cabanas that are near the beaxh, but not on it. Ours by the street was quite loud. Too far off from general lunas life, there is literally nothing right by their side. by tuk tuk
