Nice place. Nice people. However, facilities could be improved, thus making it value for money.

Location was beautiful. Staff were friendly.

No wifi in cabins. Only available in main building. No TV in cabins either.

One night is not long enough!

Beautiful location overlooking a big lake with mountains behind. Very peaceful. Excellent food in the restaurant and friendly service. Warm cabin and comfortable bed. Good decor.

Better provision of tea and coffee supplies in the room.

Excellently situated on the lake

Spectacular location on the lake, modern cabins/chalets, friendly team, tasty food at the restaurant. Good provision in the cabin/chalet with tea/coffee and built in soaps/shampoos etc.

Given the remoteness of the resort, it's a shame the package doesn't include breakfast at least. (Due for improvement) The approach road is 14km and currently in very poor condition so it is a jarring ride in.

I really enjoyed the lodging, the food, the activities and the staff. I would highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful place, and you can tell there is a lot of pride in how they built it and are maintaning it. It was a real treat to stay there on the last night of my Yukon trip. Food in the dining room was amazing, and the cabins were perfect in how they made you feel pampered and the views over the lake. Staff generally were very accommodating and flexible to tailor experiences and pricing around me even it didn't fit the standard packages. I would recommend this to both locals and friends back home doing a Yukon trip particularly as the more junior staff get trained up a bit more which will happen.

Road in is a bit long and rough, but I think they're trying to get improvements there. Not a huge problem.
