Good location, right in the middle of Sanur, with lots of restaurants, bars and massage places nearby. It is also close to the beach. The staff were all lovely.
We found the room, large and comfortable but a bit dated and the whole resort could benefit from an update. There were termites in a doorframe of a nearby room and our room had quite a gassy sewerage smell in the toilet and the plumbing wasn’t great. The pillows on the beds were very puffy and large and I needed to request a lower profile one as I had a sore neck after the first night (the bed was very comfortable though).
I think the spa baths on the balcony could be removed and then the rooms would have lovely large balconies that could be set up with some comfortable chairs or loungers for guests to use. The loungers around the pool need replacing….i often found that I was lying in the water rather than on the lounger as the rattan was so saggy that when you lie on it, it sinks below the water level. The pool towels are pretty old too.
Food in the restaurant was average. The breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, however I had to ask for tea bags as the only option was pre-made tea in an urn which wasn’t nice and there were no tea bags readily available. We attended an evening Asian buffet but found the range of food disappointing. Entree choices were soup which they made fresh to order (nice) or rice paper rolls (only a couple on one plate). Mains was stir fried choice of meat and vegetables with rice or noodles. Dessert was sticky rice with mango (nice), chocolate pudding (bland and tasteless) or banana fritters with either grated cheese or chocolate sprinkles (the fritters were cold and would have been a lot better hot). Overall it was underwhelming. I’m always surprised that people are still allowed to smoke around other people eating but I know that rules vary around the world.
The gassy smell in the toilet in our room, the termites in a nearby room’s doorframe and the general “needs renovating” feel of the place, the limited food options on the Asian buffet night, old pool towels, some of the sun loungers need replacing.

The room had a humidifier and if it was full we had to empty it otherwise the room had a lot of moisture and a musty smell.

Het zwembad en restaurant zijn top.
De kamer . Uitzicht op zwembad wordt er beloofd. Maar ze zeggen er niet bij dat er een muur van 150 cm hoog voor je kamer raam staat. Dus alleen staand heb je dat uitzicht. Na klacht daarover tegen betaling een upgrade gekregen naar een kamer waar op 2 meter voor het raam een houten wand was geplaatst ivm renovatie zwembad bar. Swiss Bell de service en het mee denken met de gast was ver zoek.

Loved the pool, our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves in there for hours each day. The breakfast was really great, lots of options. The rooms were large and clean with really comfortable beds and great air-con. About a 15 min walk to restaurants on the beach which were really lovely and several supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel also provides water coolers on every floor which was one of the only places in Bali that we found to provide this - being able to easily fill up our water bottles was much appreciated, especially with a large family of 6.
Attempted to use the gym but it was a bit of a fail. Weights available were 5, 10 or 20kg (nothing in between) and the weights machine was missing the pin that allows you to select the desired weight, so was not usable. Air con wasn't working (it was 33 degrees) and when I cranked up the treadmill to go for a run there was a loud bang from the electrical socket which continued sparking even when I had switched it off. Called a staff member and hopefully they took care of it.

Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Location awesome, beachfronts the only other alternative. Floors in our room couldve been cleaner which was our only fault

Pool is a good size, and this place is not expensive all the staff were great and very friendly. Good location.
This time around the room smelt musty, safe didn’t work correctly and the toilet would not stop flushing . Staff were great and friendly, pool towels could be a bit better quality.

Could do with an extra door on the bathroom, there are frosted glass doors on the shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle but a door on the bathroom is needed.

宿泊1日目に子供がプールに散らばっているガラスを踏み、大量出血しました。サヌールで海三昧の旅をしようと考えていたのにとんだ災難です、予定を全て変更させられました。
みなさま怪我をしたくなければホテル内のプールに入らないことをオススメします、全く管理できていないようで、プールの中はガラスの破片など危険物だらけのようです。
そしてそれにも関わらずホテルスタッフは一度も謝ることすらせず、よくあるトラブルだと、、最低の教育レベルのホテルスタッフであることは間違いないでしょう！
ちなみに子供は病院での治療を受けた為、せめて治療代だけでも保証して欲しいとホテル側に交渉した所、間違いなくホテル保険が適用されるのでホテル保険がおりるまで代わりに払っておいてほしいとのことだったので了承した所、未だ何の連絡もありません(事故から1ヶ月程経過)。
保険金詐欺でも行っているのでしょうか？
そうでないのなら早急にお金を支払っていただきたいのですが、、、
Booking.comも詐欺を行っているホテルの調査をお願いしたいものです。
何はともあれ危険極まりない最低の環境、最低のスタッフのいるホテルであることは間違いありません。
史上最低なホテルのせいで史上最低の旅行になってしまいました。

The pool is a great temp, we had a plunge pool which was nice but needs a good clean, mould on the walls. The main pool is nice but the sunbeams in the water are a little annoying as they are two low and the towels get wet.
Walls were very thin and the noise from the hallways was loud. Our air conditioner was noisy and the friend we were travelling with works with air conditioning as said something was wrong with it so we asked the reception to have it looked at. They didn't get back to us so we put up with it working insufficiently that night, to have it dump water all over the floor and some of my clothes on the chair at 7am in the morning. We rang reception and they brought us a bath mat, not sure what they thought that was going to do and no offer to clean the mess. Maintenance can at 9.30am and worked on the aircon until 11am so we weren't able to use our room. No offer of compensation, so I asked for some at which time they offered airport transfer or late check out, both we didn't require. I said don't charge us for $60 worth of room charges for drinks around the pool, they took $24 off. Big deal. Wouldn't stay here again, beds are hard and the rooms are too noisy.

Have stayed here many times whilst I am travelling for business simply because of the location. Its an easy walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Theres plenty of restaurant choices in walking distance but if you want to stay in, the hotel restaurant has plenty of options too. Some nights there is live music in the restaurant and if you get the chance to listen to "Oka Osbala" its worth staying in. The staff are always helpful. There are drinking water stations on every floor in a few locations. The pool area is beautiful. I never get a chance to use the pool because I am gone most of the day but it always makes me laugh seeing people rush down to the chairs early morning to leave their towels etc and then walk off. If you are holidaying here it sounds like the pool area might get busy but otherwise its always well maintained and it has a swim up bar which looks inviting

The resort is in a great location. You can walk straight out onto into shops, restaurants, massage spas & bars. Beach boardwalk is only a 10 min walk.
The staff are very friendly and that breakfast is delicious. Plenty of variety.
The pool is a good size with the swim up bar.
The resort needs maintenance. Needs a good pressure clean and some money spent on it to bring it back to how it should be.

The pool was beautiful. Our room was cleaned every day. Our breakfast was included in the cost and it was a huge arrangement of foods to choose from.

Just the location
They market the place so good, the room is so old, staffs dont speak english properly, i had to step in to speak to them. Our aircon was broken and my husband had to wait to get it fixed, the shower was runnimg for an hour and i had to ring 3 times until the engineer came.
