Fabulous in every way.

What a resort! Absolutely our best hotel on our holiday. The breakfast is available at any time from 7am - 4pm, and made to order. It was exceptional. The restaurant is next to the beach. You can even eat on the beach if you prefer. The rooms were excellent. The pool was large and is an infinity type with seamless views out to sea. There are 2 other pools directly accessible from the ground floor rooms. The loungers were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous staff. We were lucky enough to be there when they did a fabulous 'Valentine's night dinner.

We basically spent nearly all our time at the hotel, it was so good. If I was being picky the gym was a little small, and could be better equipped.

The best in Ko Chang

Everything was excellent. Most of the staff speak very good English, very nice and helpful, take care of everything such as water in the pool or water for kayaking (the hotel has kayaks and bicycles). Excellent location next to a laundry and a very good restaurant. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, and the breakfast is varied and fun. Very satisfied!

wonderfull place in Koh Chang

everything was perfect, from the location to the staff. everyone did ist best to cteate a " unique" experience. To be more especific, wonderfull breakfast , the facility always clean , a very friendly staff always prepared to help and a top location with a wonderfull view. i would say The Chill is more a 5 stars than a 4 star Resort.

A blissful week at the Chill.

Everything! The Chill resort is exactly what it says. “Chill”. The property was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. They had excellent recommendations for local outings - diving and visiting elephants, in our case. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, as were other meals too. The room and amenities were very well thought out. They even provided flip flops and a bag to carry things to the pool.

Very minor things only. The rooms could use more places to hang towels and wet bathing suits in the bathroom.

we like everything of our stay, from the service and team which was excellent to the fact that are pet friendly considering them as part of the guest family, to the direct access to a wonderful sea/beach area to the restaurant and rooms that are spotless clean is a 5 star service! strongly recommended. veramente un posto stupendo! bravissimi. we will come back again!

Exceptional

Anna at the chill out restaurant made use feel at home and gave us a personalized service everytime we dined. All the staff are very nice and attentive. It was a delight to have stayed here.

Great place in the ideal location on Koh Chang

The staff were incredibly obliging and the room super comfortable with everything you might need. Breakfast overlooking the sea was a joy every day,

Dinner at the hotel was very average and expensive - much better to go out to eat IMO. Lack of vegetarian options on the menu and veg options we tried at breakfast were poor. Nowhere to refill a water bottle, though in-room water was provided in recyclable glass.
