Terrible waiting time for elevator, tv channels not working.
Location
Service , restaurant foods especially cove breakfast place. Cove elevator wasn’t working. You have to wait in line every single day to go to your rooms. Also tv channels wasn’t working. Keep getting disconnected

Very good
The hotel itself is very nice
Accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs is an issue Also restaurants to have lunch are a nightmare when raining and all the pool options are closed

Would not return, this is not 5 stars, more 4 star all inclusive!
The property has a lot to offer, different pools, the beach would be nice if serviced better…close to the airport and some friendly staff. Also good restaurants.
If you stay at the Cove with kids you cannot use the nicest pool as it’s only for adults. Hence no need to pay extra for the better hotel, where the rooms are old anyway. Also we have a crawling toddler and the room had stairs so we asked for a barrier or something and they didnt help us at all. No kettle to make boiled water for baby food, we had to pay $4 every time, for boiled water! At the Cove pool there are no umbrellas anywhere, so where am I able to sit in the shade with my baby? That’s terrible. Also no umbrellas by the beach, also terrible. Nobody cleans the towels and the beach looks very messy. the sunbeds are all dirty with sand and other stuff and old towels. Plastic stuff on the beach and towels in the water, nobody walks down the beach to clean. The waiters have no hats and have to cover with towels when its rains, that’s not a good treatment. The gym is too small for all these hotels. In general, everybody can use all the facilities, so it makes no sense to pay more for the Cove. Also, they even let cruise ship people buy day passes, so even more people are there. No nice place to have a lunch by the beach in a nice atmosphere. Had do not disturb sign and they rang anyway, woke the baby… barely an excuse or anything.

Be careful! OK hotel but very shady business outside.
The hotel is ok. The rooms are acceptable but very old and dirty… very far from 5 star hotel. The greatest part is the hotel staff (notice only for the Cove)
Be very careful when you are visiting Atlantis, the staff outside the hotel is very sketchy. It is so sad that this hotel is surrounded by all this trap places. 1) Seaglass- their specialty is the double- charge. They double- charged you and then you need to go there every single day to ask them when they’re planning to return your money- better put everything on your room, much easier- much safer. 2) Moreover, please be very careful with all these bars and restaurants located all over the Atlantis. Once you place your order, they ask how will you pay, and it doesn’t matter if you say card or on the room, they push a device in your face and say “Insert the amount”… when you ask them what amount exactly they repeat again “Insert the amount”… however when you ask them for the third time what is this for, they say super quietly “For the tip” Imagine being with your kids or being in a hurry and not paying attention… you will end up tipping them 100% but wait for it… that’s not all. 3) If you decide to order room service, you will be charged 10% tax + 19% gratuity + extra $4 delivery… so I am wondering how I pay both gratuity and delivery at the same time. I spoke with many US tourists and all of them were really shocked about this absurd. 4) In conclusion, if you want to waste your money better spend it in the casino where seldom you can see a server and the chance of winning is close to 0.

Beautiful pools and grounds, stunning blue skies
Room was perfectly sized for our needs, and overlooked our favorite pool. Everyone on staff is super friendly and easy to talk with. The weather here is just perfect; not overly hot and with beautiful breezes. It is paradise after all...
I would like to see a little bit of a freshen up happen with the decor, especially the room carpeting. No real complaints, though. I think a few more coffee shops would really be an asset with no shortage of customers.

the hotel where NOTHING IS POSSIBLE
it was the most disappointing vacation we ever had , actually we went for our honeymoon and thought that we have chosen a luxurious hotel however since we have arrived nothing went well . despite the large number of restaurants that they have included on their website everything was fully booked , despite they mention white gloves luxurious service the concierge did not even put the effort to help us book a place to eat , we were literally begging every night to find a place , we should have booked at least one week before for dinner . breakfast is like the hunger games , need to wait for 30 min everyday to find a table and the prices are very high . they did not have water in the room you need to go yourself to get the water as they pretend that they are a sustainable hotel however once you go to the pool everything is served in PLASTIC glasses . we have raised our concerns but no one supported . if you like queues , if you want to stress it is the place to go.
