Excellent, comfortable, clean and safe.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean. The place was absolutely beautiful.

The traffic was heavy and the drivers were rude and extremely aggressive. It would be nice to have more food selections nearby for variety.

Staff was friendly. Water was nice

They did not have my reservation. Took nearly an hour to checkin. I was “upgraded” to the room that I originally paid for. Additional $45 a day fee that was not told until check in. The beach was filled with trash everyday. So much garbage everywhere. The staff states it’s like this everyday.

O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura. Academia, piscina e ligação direta a praia. Mas em outros pontos deixa muito a desejar. 1. Quase nada está incluso no preço da acomodação. Você vai para a praia e tem que pagar por tudo, inclusive as cadeiras. 2. O Café da Manhã que está "incluso" exige que você pegue uma fila de 30 minutos a uma hora para conseguir ocupar uma mesa. O hotel tem 4 restaurantes na dependência e colocam apenas 1 deles para servir o café da manhã de todos os hóspedes. 3. O SERVIÇO DE ESTACIONAMENTO DO HOTEL É O PIOR DE TUDO. PARECE QUE ALOCARAM OS ALUNOS DA AUTO ESCOLA DO BAIRRO OARA COMANDAR A OPERAÇÃO. DESDE A DEMORA ATÉ O CUIDADO COM OS VEÍCULOS, TUDO DEIXOU A DESEJAR. OS FUNCIONÁRIOS DEMORAVAM, EM MÉDIA, 20 MINUTOS PARA ENTREGAR O CARRO. Birthday getaway - got an upgrade to ocean view, beautiful hotel, comfortable not stuffy. Great Super Bowl party and the spa was excellent too. We loved our trip!

The cabana rentals ruin the beach view - it's not a great strategy to allow them to sit in front of other people enjoying the beach. I'd suggest a separate area for them.

Very Beautiful and Gorgeous resort to spent a few days away from the Cold in NY

The pool area was spacious and well laid out. It allow for quiet sections when needed. The beach area was clean of debris and the service was excellent.

I was missing a hair dryer in my room and had to wait over 30 minutes with wet hair before one was delivered to my room.

Overpriced, badly managed in beautiful surroundings and with good facilities.

Staff responsiveness was poor. All of them Check -in ( Forgot to give my DL back) Concierge bordering rude. Morning receptionist clueless. 1 hour 5 minutes to get my car back from Valet. Room view was terrible. The minibar was empty.

Elegant resort with beautiful pool and beach but pricy for what you get with crazy security deposit

The entry lobby is spectacular and the rooms are generous in size. I enjoyed the soaking bathtubs separate from the showers in the bathrooms. The hotel feels more like a resort than a business traveler spot, which is so typical in hotels nowadays. The pools are fantastic and the "fish eye" window in the bottom of the upper pool was fun for my kids - you can see people in the upper pool from the pool underneath. The snack shop in the lobby as well as the gift shop had fun selections of assorted items.

Most significantly, the hotel charged a $200/night security deposit in addition to the full cost of the rooms UPON CHECKIN. It was not made obvious to me when I booked that the hotel would be also assessing this fee. Apparently, certain Hilton Honors Reward Club members pay a significantly reduced nightly security deposit. But this seems excessive and unusual to me. It nearly doubled the cost of my hotel room. The security deposit is refunded after you check out but it's still something to be aware of. Also, the room service and other food options are very pricy and very limited. We ordered room service dinner and there was only a couple dinner entree options plus a cheese or pepperoni pizza option. Also, room service came delivered in a paper sack. We left the bag with our rubbish in the hall when we were finished and it was still there in the morning, which seemed a miss from the housekeeping staff. Our room smelled musty. However, the views over the ocean were spectacular. It's a very classy, elegant hotel and you see lots of fashionable people in the lobby. Also wish the shop in the lobby had more selection of "Diplomat Resort" branded souvenirs that had the location -- Hollywood Beach, FL. Since they just say "The Diplomat Resort" without a location it looks strange. .

Won’t stay unless I have to.

At least this time it was clean.

Everything is run down. Holes in the pool, I thought the door on my shower was going to break. It extraordinarily over priced for what it is. Having to rent umbrellas when we already pay a resort fee is RIDICULOUS.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The property had several options for food and drinks. The pools and the beach made it very comfortable for families
