All staff were fantastic. Executive lounge was a nice way to relax and served a wide selection of foods and drinks.

Drinks were quite pricey at the pool bar. Also depending on which barman was on would depend on how a cocktail is made and how much alcohol is added. Although there were beds available around the pool most times, many guests reserved beds and then were not seen for many hours, which needs to be addressed by the hotel.

Very nice position at the beach in jumeirah. Ample facilities. Great food at Latin American main beach restaurant and breakfast choices are top notch and comprehensive across cultures. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. And helpful quality valet service. Both at beach and hotel door. Great spa and many pools. Helpful concierge .well kept older hotel. Good also for families but quiet areas are available everywhere.

Allocation of room was done discriminatory and without explanation nor tolerance. . Position implies traffic jams for most city visits and transfers unless early in the morning. Ritz carlton style as such may seem to some as being a bit outdated or dusted.in this particular destination .

Die Anlage mit dem riesigen Park ist wunderschön und die Bademöglichkeiten in Pools sind riesig. Der Strandbereich ist exklusiv für Hotelgäste reserviert und stets bewacht. Das Angebot zum Frühstück ist gigantisch, wir haben noch nie ein derartiges Frühstücksangebot angetroffen und waren schon in mehreren 5* Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war täglich zufriedenstellend gereinigt.

Möchte man mehrheitlich im Hotel essen, könnte die Auswahl und das Platzangebot vielleicht etwas grösser sein. Was bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr störend war, ist die grosse Baustelle, welche direkt neben dem Hotel liegt und nahe bei unserem Zimmer lag. Es war unmöglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da die Baustelle 7 Tage/24Stunden lärmintensiv in Betrieb war. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt stark negativ geprägt, da diese Situation in einem 5* Hotel zu diesem Preis nicht akzeptabel ist. Eigentlich würde ich sogar eine teilweise finanzielle Rückerstattung erwarten oder zumindest wäre eine Vorwarnung angebracht! Ein Umzug war leider nicht möglich, hätte vermutlich auch nichts gebracht!

Despite booking a room that included Breakfast, I wasn't allowed to go to the main breakfast room but was limited to the much smaller breakfast available in the Club Lounge. Quite a disappointment, and very strange experience. Hotel room a little dated, as no ability to connect phone to TV or TV to internet.

Accomodating, friendly and supportive! Staff was very kind and understanding of my check-in/ check-out times. I even had dropped some cash and they contacted me and brought to my room! Wonderful!

Selection of restaurants, bars and different pools is exceptional. Staff are extremely personable and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Breakfast buffet has a great selection of quality foods. La Baie pool bar is the best.

Waiting to be seated at breakfast during busy periods is not something that I’ve ever experienced before. Housekeeping service could have come at more timely hours - not at 7pm at night - and been more generous in giving more than 2 water bottles a day.

I wish that the lounge bar would stay open longer in the evening to compensate for the restaurants that are closed during the summer.

This hotel and mostly the staff are beyond expectations. Everything is organized, clean and comfortable. They think about all the little things that will make you feel that. The staff is so nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend!!

Balcony was extremely smll that i had to change my room. Crows and birds were very disturbing. Hotel need maintenance such as in the pool area and the rest room in the rooms needs to be changed.

When we booked our vacation at the Ritz-Carlton, we already knew that we will have the luxury that will go with it, but we did not expect this level of perfection. Let’s start with our room: sea +pool view, 5th floor, nothing to add. Everything was impeccable. Breakfast at the Caravan was such a treat: a HUGE thanks to Win, Hnin, Khant and Martha. You guys made us feel like home ❤️ And how can I forget Blue Jade and the one and Only Danang. Never in my wildest dreams have I met someone more professional, human, perfectionist and LOVELY like him. He made every dinner more special than the one before, and la crème de la crème, for our last dinner at the hotel before flying back home, he brought us the most personalized, sweet, heartwarming gifts EVER🥹 Danang: from the bottom of my heart, thank you a million times, my friend. You deserve the world. Glaiza, such a delicate and beautiful person inside and out. We thank you for everything. I obviously, very highly recommend this hotel and we’ll be back very soon 🥰

The staff were very welcoming and made extra effort to help use celebrate a birthday. The breakfast and dinner options were great. The dinners were a la carte but 3 course are perfect, Blue jade was our favourite. We also had lunch at la Baie which was lovely. The spa is not to be missed, during the midday when it's too hot to be outside we had the plunge pools and roof top pool more or less to ourselves.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel. It was a shame we couldn't try any traditional food at the hotel as this restaurant was closed in the summer. I don't really like Dubai but would come back here for a stop over.

One restaurant or bar could be open for more time to for example later arrival like our. Could be more light in the balcony for staying there at night.
