Personeel is niet bezig met het beste voor de hotelgasten. Ze doen gewoon hun werk.

Kid’s facilities was good. Direct access to the pool from the room was nice. Cocktails were quite good. Room service was quick when you order something. Kids indoor play area was great.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Was there for 3 nights and the buffet breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. Even though we booked a particular room based on the description and pictures in bookings.com we were given a room on a different wing. We wanted a pool access room closer to the kids play area. This is what we paid for. We were give the pool access room but not closer to the kids play area. We were told the guest needs to request this. Ultimately after 25 mins of checking time we were given the room but that room was dirty. Room service came and did a deep clean. We were given a dinner voucher as a good will gesture. Great hotel but lot of attention needs to be given to customer service, cleanliness and food.

Tolle Auswahl, trotz vieler kleiner Kinder, gesitteter Umgang, guter Kaffee, gute Eierstation. Obstauswahl gut und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Wurst und Käse für Europäer etwas unterversorgt, aber man ist ja auch nicht in Deutschland. Zimmer ordentlich, aber sicher nicht in Top-Zustand. Strand waren wir nur kurz.

Teilweise schwierige Verständigung aufgrund fehlender Englisch-Kenntnisse. Dies führte teilweise zu Missverständnissen, z.B. Nudelsuppe ohne Nudeln aber mit dreifach Fleisch. Personal aber insgesamt immer sehr bemüht. Wir wurden bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt in eine eine Zimmerkategorie eingecheckt mit nur einem Drittel der Terrassengröße. Nach etwas hin und her haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Personal an den Poolbars teilweise mit sich selbst und ihrem Smartphone beschäftigt und nicht mit den Gästen.

Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich schön

Baustelle - es war sehr laut, vor allem morgens!!! Frühstückshalle war eine bodenlose Frechheit, extrem überfüllt und stressig - fürchterlich so in den Tag zu starten!!!

Très bel établissement, les piscines et installations sont très chouettes, le kidclub pour les enfants est bien, les repas de l’horels sont tres bon. Bcp de monde dans l’hotels mais les installations et le personnel gèrent très bien tout cela

נקי מאוד , צוות שירותי מאוד, מגוון בריכות, מגלשות מים, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת מאוד וטעימה, חוף נעים. חדר יפה, מרווח, מלא אכסון. מרגיש מפנק.

האוכל במלון יקר יחסית למלונות אחרים ששהינו בהם בתאילנד, אבל המלון נמצא 3 דקות הליכה מהכביש הראשי ויש מלא מסעדות טובות וזולות בחוץ. הבר נמצא בתוך הבריכה באזור של הילדים, מסביב לבריכה מונחות כוסות זכוכית שהשאירו אנשים, גם באזור של הג'קוזי, לוקח הרבה זמן עד שאוספים אותן. בחדר יש ריח של רטיבות/עובש כשנכנסים, אבל הם הביאו מסנן אוויר לחדר והמצב השתפר מהר מאוד.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr toll! Auf der einen Seite liegt es direkt am Strand und auf der anderen Seite kann die kleine Stadt fußläufig erreicht werden. Die Kinder hatten große Freude mit der Hotelanlage (Rutsche, Lazy River, Wasserpark). Es gibt in der kleinen Stadt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu essen, eine Apotheke, einen Arzt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren viel mit dem Tuk Tuk unterwegs (zB Schildkröten Nursery, Night Market und Coconut Beach).

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht besonders sauber.

Очень удобный отель для отдыха с детьми, просторная безопасная территория, есть развлечения для детей в Кидс клабе. Разнообразные сытные завтраки. Персонал очень вежливый, помогаю оперативно по всем вопросам. Идеально чистые номера. Здорово, что есть отдельно бассейн только для взрослых.

В нашем номере в корпусе бичфронт был странный запах из кондиционера.

The facilities for a young family were 10/10. Kids indoor and outdoor play areas, kids water and splash parks plus a full program of activities.

restaurant and bar prices were a little expensive but otherwise it was absolutely perfect

Everything was great!!

What a great surprise this place was. We joined another family who already booked, without knowing anything about this property, and it was just perfect for a family. The water feature for kids are so nice, the kids club is great, the rooms are perfect.

The food (especially poolside) could use an upgrade. As the only thing we can order is from the room service menu, the choice is very limited and not really great, at that price. A poolside towel station would be much better than having to carry towels from the room every day. The showers at the beach need to be fixed.

We were here 8 years ago, had great memories of the place. Still very child friendly, kids love the water play area. Big shot out to Noppon the cheerful chef behind the egg station, and remembered our orders everyday without us asking!

We remembered that the service was a lot more personal when it was a smaller resort (without the water play area extension) Service is inconsistent, when the place is busy.

Very nice to stay with childeren. we stayed here in the familyroom with pool near by the familyarea with splashpark. Everything was clean and nice staff.

Everything is Very comfortable and clean and waitresses are very friendly and helpful. Room is quiet, comfortable and clean. Tissues are the best, big, lots of them and smooth. Drinking water is very tasty. Food quality is superb! The ladies making the room are very friendly and assertive, I really like Sands very much 👍

The main swimming pool has no roof, too hot and the water is way to hot for fun swimming. The steps at stairs are too high, I slipped several times at dry condition

The staff was polite and helpful. The facilities were well managed.

Got the feeling that the quieter part of the resort was being assigned to European travelers and the noisier part to the Asians. The quieter part also had direct access to the beach. That seemed a little discriminatory to put it mildly. Too many insects but it could be because of the location and weather.

the best thing about this hotel is the facilities providing, lots of pools and the best view. you can enjoy sunset every evening and have a long walk on the front beach🏖. it makes you feel you don’t need to go anywhere else. you can have the best holiday within the hotel only. its suitable with family😂, most of people comes with family and kids. and very rare of thai guests, most are foreigners. its valuable for what you have paid

The pools were nicely sized, and the resort is right on the beach. The fish feeding area, kids splash pool, and indoor play area were fun for my child. The fish restaurant had good sea food. Other than that, I like that the fact that we don't need to spend another night here...

The room: Looked a little dated and felt a little moldy-smelling. Room cleaning was sub-par. Despite complaining daily and arguing with front desk, they remained dirty even after cleaning. We even asked to checkout from the resort 1 day early, but couldn't find a quick replacement so we stayed. No one apologized. We even had a cockroach visit us on one of those days. The bed was hard, the pillows were not fresh & uniform and had some some stains. The shower floor is slippery, and water accumulates and doesn't drain easily. The shampoo dispensers were a disaster. The provided beach flipflops were used and not new. Some walls were stained with remains of dead critters, bad drilling, bad paint. WIFI only works well in the room and some select areas in the hotel, not everywhere. The breakfast (Floating Market): Every morning felt like WW3 with so many people. The food display space is too small to cater to such mass of people. The food selection was sub-par for a "5-star/4-star" resort. No creativity whatsoever within the pastries section & the fruit section. No visible breakfast manager to check on tables and ask if we are enjoying the experience & the food. No waiters asked if we needed anything or provided beverages on seating (coffee/tea). The waffles were good though. WIFI doesn't work here. The pool(s)/beach: Temperature was comfortable enough to enjoy. The pools were a little dirty & should be tended to. You only get beach/pool towels in the room. When we went to the pool without towels, none of the staff knew how to provide them. I had to walk to reception to get new ones. RIDICULOUS! Beach was nice with soft sand. Manta Ray had OK lunch options but not healthy enough for kids. The bars: No creativity in the drinks menu and they couldn't serve it if it wasn't there. e.g. Negroni. The staff: Some had bad attitudes (servers/bar tenders) and made us feel unwelcomed; Many had bad English skills.

The family rooms and kids club as well as water park were great.
