Clean and comfortable. Staff excellent. Able to walk to the convention center.

Nothing to do with the property per say but trying to go to the other side using the ferry was a bad experience. Never on time and keeping to the schedule.

The place is nice and very well located, with a beautiful view, but I found objects in the rooms and hair, the sheets were not clean, my stay was only for one night and a few hours

Hotel restaurant was good with good staff.

Construction noise early each morning was interrupting sleep, should have known it was happening. Bathroom exhaust fan ran 24/7

I never made it to the property, my reservation gave me an option to switch my dates which I did and the property still took my money out of my account.

The fact that Mary Frances Huggins sent me out an email at 9:36pm. Stating that they were not going to honor my refund request. The email stated for early departure. I stated back I never made it. Then she switched it to, oh yeah for not arriving, no get your stuff together Mary. Then if you were suppose to be taking the amount of the stay you didn’t. So now at this point you are just taking whatever amount would process and you are just reaching.

Its location. The room faced the river and the Savannah waterfront. High enough , 9th floor to see Savannah. The water taxi drop off was located at the hotel.

There was construction near and it screwed up parking.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to all facilities and accommodations were exceptional!

I would love to see more electric car charging.

The staff really listened and went out of their way to make our stay great. They sent a cupcake and birthday balloon to our room for the friend I was traveling with to make her birthday feel special. The free water taxi to the other side of the river was also a great feature and the pool was awesome too!

We enjoyed the dinner at aqua also

The hotel was very close to all the entertainment and shopping.

I didn't iike being charged all of the additional fees.

The amenities were excellent.

Excellent property located away from the Savannah hussle and bustle yet the ferry made for easy accessibility. Very nice selection for breakfast and lunch and the food was very good. Service was excellent and staff was friendly and courteous. The evening s’mores by the fire pit were a nice amenity too.

Attention to details in our room could have been better. The duvet cover was soiled and we ran out of body wash on the second day of our stay … it was not refilled for our third day. Also, Booking.com charged us $33 per day for the Resort Fee but the Westin billed us $37.95 per day for that fee. We were overcharged $4.95 per day with no explanation and did not notice until our emailed checkout folio.

The staff manager was very rude at check and not helpful when trying to work out an error with the check in for our group reservation.

Facilities in the hotel and river view from my room

Room was a bit outdated

Great location, accessibility to downtown by ferry was very convenient. Could also just relax by the pool and not have any noise from the city. Golf course was well maintained

The view from the room was excellent. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Everyone we came in contact with in terms of staff were professional and very courteous.

The toilets are too low to the ground in the bathroom.

Location is perfect, view was amazing.

I woke up in the middle of the night scratching my neck and part of my shoulder. When I woke up in the morning I saw bee bug bites going down the side of my neck. We were in a rush because we were moving and needed to get to our place by a certain time so we left without telling the hotel about the concern. I called them to tell them what happened and the hotel staff seemed very concerned and told me someone “hire up” who deals with this is going to call in the next couple of days. I never received this phone call. I sent a picture to prove the bites were real… even the woman on the other end of the phone responded to the image with an “oh god” because the bites were so horrendous.
