Peaceful and very relaxing. The entire family loved it and didn’t want to leave. :)

Hospitality was top notch! The Anjo and his team at the restaurant were very dynamic, friendly and ensure a speedy service.

The hotel was beautiful and offered very good amenities. The restaurant offered tasty food. Generally staff were very friendly.

It sometimes felt as though we were only being sold what the hotel had to offer. We asked for advice on getting a canoe to travel the backwaters and were told no only a big boat from the hotel would be suitable for us.

Very good

The property is beautifully laid out and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The view from the Lake View rooms is fabulous. Adding to the overall experience is the extremely well trained staff who were always courteous and responsive. Special mention to Sandhya, Vishnu, and Prashant. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Wash basin was not working properly..room service was not upto the mark .Food didn't include authentic seafoods of alleppey..even prawns items were not at all available

Stunning resort well hidden

Great resort. Comfortable room. Good food. European guests were the minority during our stay. Great boating trip organised for us to our requirements.

The services were very slow. During a la carte in lunch the hotel hardly had any options vis a vis the menu they were providing was very extensive.

A very relaxing stay!

Very beautiful location, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, lovely massages, fantastic pool, great selection of food in the restaurant.

No pool service! No wine and beer in restaurant!

Overall location was the best part. Bit pricey if you go to the spa

location was very good. Facilities were also very clean. Room was comfortable

Mattress in the room was very soft which was not very suitable for sleeping. Swimming pool timings can be increased. Spa and food was overpriced.

Don’t be fooled by the looks of it , it’s the worst place to stay.

Location & Built

The staff is not at all trained and they would threaten to not clean your room , rude and not understanding. We asked to meet the GM many times but our request was denied. The chef refused food to us because we were a family of 4 people. Worst stay ever as the linen were used and dirty. washrooms we’re not clean and stinky like a public urinal. This is the standard of. 5 star claimed hotel. we are super disappointed with the rudeness and service

Beautiful backwater view.

The staff were very kind and helpful, specifically the restaurant staff. I loved the pond of ducks. I loved the Turkeys on the loose. I loved the maintenance of the hotel and ecology. I loved the backwater boat rides. I loved the balcony and the view of the lake.

The road leading to the resort is very bad. The smell of mold in the room. The unrealistic images of the resort on booking.com.
