unfortunately i would not come back

the room is big the staff are very nice but they are not well managed and communication between housekeeping, bar&restaurant and reception are broken

the shower is built inside a unsealed bathtub which flooded the bathroom every time we shower. booking.com offered free bike for this stay but the resort is not aware of this. the staff are nice but they are not well managed and communication between housekeeping, bar&restaurant and reception are broken. facilities are very old and many health and safety issues.

Superb

The service of the resort is really good. - Friendly reception staff. Instruct and explain in detail the regulations as well as the rights of customers. - Bungalow 09 is the place I chose to stay. Its location is quite good, near the infinity pool and restaurants. The room is clean, spacious, uses warm yellow lights, and has a welcome fruit and card. - L'Oceane Restaurant's food is delicious. A compliment to the chef who cooked the noodle with grilled pork, the portion is large and suits my taste. You should also try the seafood dragon fruit salad. The breakfast buffet is varied, spicy Sichuan-style chicken is very tasty and moderately spicy. I haven't had a chance to try Pho here yet. I will go back and enjoy it. - The resort has many free services but I have not had much time to experience it.

However, the toilet seat was cracked, hope the resort will fix it. I think the resort should widen the road because the current road can only accommodate 1 tram, I had to step on the grass to make way for it.

Pleasant

Beach have a lot of stone , we have to be careful to not get cut in the foot Food is so so as the breads are great but the cold meat is bad , everyday the same like fried rice , fried veggies… old menus for more than 10 years Pool is nice

Over priced of the hotel during holiday season Need to improve their breakfast like Melia or Cliff Under staff The garden is dried We have a little snake visit in evening at our door as the lemongrass tree we’re removed around the room

Tranquill and comfortable

Tranquill place, very comfortable bungalows with great outdoor shower, great pools, would recommend!

It’s a bit far from everything but this can also be an advantage. The restaurant could offer more value for money.

It was by the water. Staff were very nice and helpful, especially when I had the fall in the bathroom, due to wet slippery floor.

Old and tired. Slippery floors in the bathroom, causing an accident for us.

Romantic until stomach problems

Beautiful resort somewhat old but well maintained. Nice staff and lovely bungalows with everything working fine. If it wasn't for the food higiene issue, I would rate it an 8 or 9.

I got a light food poisoning from the breakfast buffet on the first day. We then stopped going for breakfast there.. a shame because the buffet looks nice and the views from the terrace are great.

Don't trust the food

Well maintained and clean old facilities. Charming resort with sea activities.

I got a food poisoning from the breakfast buffet which is why I rate it so low. My friend also got stomachache. Also the staff did not have any medecine at hand to help me but provided some ginger tea. I wish the kitchen and food would be handled with stricter hygien protocols.

Great place for couples

We had a great holiday here. A waterfront bungalow which was waterfront with a nice view leading to two morning swims in the ocean. The beach here is very pleasant and the ocean safe enough for experienced ocean swimmers on most days. We went away as a couple for the first time in years without our kids and it was perfect for that to just spend time together. We loved the outdoor shower in its private natural setting. Staff were friendly. We had a great stay. Very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast on our first morning although currently the buffet option is only when they have enough people staying. Second morning we chose of a breakfast menu with plenty of sides and still very much a delicious breakfast. The two pools were both great and we swam in both. Thanks for our stay.

Nice resort with lovely pools and beach

Lovely pool and private beach. Lots of activities to do within the resort like tennis, kayaking, table tennis & cycling. Reception staff are very helpful in organising hires and day trips.

The resort is a little dated, but all facilities are very clean and in working order.

We had an amazing stay!

Everyone was very friendly at the resort. They really wen out of their way to make hou feel at home. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place.

location just on the beach.

houses are semi detached with tiny walls. we were lucky we had quiet neighbors but it could be a nightmare. can hear every word. gardens should be better maintained with nice grass. here they are a bit wild. the beach dirty no life guards

Very comfortable hotel with fantastic beach

Great location and beach - we walked across the beach towards Mui Ne and most other resorts have smaller and less clean beaches. Pools are nice, very friendly staff.

During our stay one of the pools was temporarily closed for maintenance - the staff dealt with this very well by moving us to another villa that was closer to the other pool.
