We LOVED all shared facilities of the hotel, the pool area, the breakfast area, the surroundings! Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful with all questions, and very polite! When it comes to the rooms, we were very satisfied with the choice we made (deluxe double with external bathroom). For our last night, we even got a free upgrade which was massively appreciated! Breakfast was superb as well and overall our stay was very much enjoyed!

Nothing major to note! What could be done better is to have mosquito repellents inside the rooms, to ensure that the mosquitos do not visit during the night sleep!

This was the best resort we had in Vietnam. The area is absolutely gorgeous decorated with a great sense of detail. The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes from the famous coconut village, with a shuttle around 5 times a day to Hoi An and the beach. The pool is wonderful, you might even take a coconut boat or go fishing in the lake within the resort. You feel absolutely welcomed by the staff, especially Thuye - who does everything to make you feel at home and to arrange all of the tours or day trips for you.

The staff are very attentive. Even though it was fully booked, there was still plenty of areas that were quiet.

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en er was een shuttle bus van en naar de stad of het strand. Als je in het restaurant at, kon je a la carte bestellen. Het eten was echt lekker. Daarnaast kreeg je veel kortingsbonnen van om te gebruiken. Bijvoorbeeld voor de bar, spa en het restaurant.

De kamer is gemaakt van echt hout, wij moesten erg wennen aan de geur. Je hoorden de geluiden erg goed van de buren. Het bed was best hard.

Really loved the details of the place. Beautifully decorated with different elements. Dinner and drinks were nicely made and served by a great waiter at the restaurant. Gym had nice equipment for training. Pool looked very nice but water was too cold for swimming because we missed the sunny days unfortunately. A smiley receptionist who organised us a trip to Ba Na Hills was super helpful with all kind of information. Wonderful complimentary foot massage were provided by the ladies at the SPA.

We had booked our stay for three nights but when we arrived they said the room is not available and they can give us a upgrade in another Villa for one night? We didnt understand the reason for that and they said they are trying to find a solution. Basically we couldnt check in when we arrived and we decided to go for a lunch after long discussions with the staff. Luckily when we arrived back after couple of hours somehow they were able to give us the same room we had booked. We stayed for three nights and unfortunately any bed sheets were not changed during that time, although they have a sticker next to the bed that for ecological reasons they are changing the bedsheets every two days. Bedsheets had hole in it.

The staff were beyond helpful, kind and accommodating. Great sense of humour and very knowledgeable about the area. We booked the cookery course and highly recommended it. Nihm, Lin and Thai made sure we were well looked after and treated like the only guests there (which is how everyone felt). Clean, spacious rooms, lovely pool area and delicious food. My partner also really enjoyed the beautiful setting for the gym. Hoi An center is close enough to cycle to (or get the free shuttle) but far enough away to feel remote and private.

Ein liebevoll gestaltetes Resort mit sehr aufmerksamem und freundlichem Personal. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war ein vom Resort organisierter Kochkurs inklusive Netzfischen und einer Einkaufstour am örtlichen Markt. Absolut empfehlenswert und sehr lecker.

Everything!! From arrival to departure the stay was perfection!! The staff at reception were amazing, a new girl who was learning was the kindest, sweetest person and so helpful in every way. Her superior whose name began with H was equally wonderful as was Yim in the restaurant. the spa was amazing and good value. We like it so much we have already booked to go back later this year. Well done to all the staff and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Rideaux non occultant et pas mal de bruit le soir ( insectes et autres non déterminés) donc il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger …

Breakfast plentiful. On site facilities excellent including spa, fitness area, pool. Great location for exploring. Free shuttle bus for the 5km journey to Hoi An or the nearby beach. Alternatively there are free bicycles.

La lumière de la climatisation qui clignote toute la nuit alors que la Clim est éteinte.

Cet hôtel est un petit paradis. Le jardin tropical est impeccable, le personnel est d une gentillesse imparable. Thui à l accueil est constamment aux petits soins pour nous. Tout est mis en œuvre pour un séjour superbe (nous avons d ailleurs prolongé le séjour de 2 nuits ...)Nous avons testé le bateau cabine puis la suite familiale. Deux ambiances différentes mais deux bijoux. Prêt de vélo, navette gratuite. Location de scooter. L hôtel est a l abris de l'agitation de la ville mais on y est très vite. Nous avons adoré l hôtel et Hoi An

Sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt bzw. sogar übererfüllt. Man hat Tipps bekommen was für Aktivitäten es gibt, es gibt einen Shuttle-Service zu An Bang Beach und nach Hoi An (auch der Absetzpunkt ist super zentral am Anfang der Altstadt) Zimmer sind super sauber und sehr schön ausgestattet, der Pool ist super und gibt für jeden Handtücher direkt am Pool. Auch das hauseigene Spa ist zu empfehlen. Ich hatte eine sehr frühe Abreise und hier wurde sowohl ein Abholservice organisiert als auch eine kleine Frühstückstüte To-Go zusammengestellt. Persönliche Empfehlung: Coconut Coffee!

Había mucha humedad y solo daban uja llave por lo que no podíamos dejar el deshumidificador puesto durante el día y por la noche había que dejarlo apagado por el ruido

Beautiful secluded location with a tropical feel. The room was spacious and looked like it did in the photos. The pool area and bar was small but well kept and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of choice and the a la carte menu was decent, although a tad overpriced. The shuttle bus to old town was great too, although we rented scooters from the place next door so we could go further afield and would recommend that for anyone who likes to explore on their own. What really made the stay was the lovely, accommodating and friendly staff. We would absolutely recommend Zest!

It was quite humid while we were there so our floating cabin smelled a bit musty and the bedding felt damp, but we got used to it. The drinks on site at the bar were expensive, as was the a la carte food menu.

Extrem herzliche Mitarbeiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Stadt steht ein Shuttel bus oder Fahrräder gratis zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit allem Ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv bei einem zweiten Aufenthalt in Hoi An erneut wählen.

Some people may find the location a bit far from the centre. it wasn’t really the case for us we like the fact that it was away from most locations.

Super pracownicy - prsyjemni i pomocni. Lokalizacja na uboczu miasta natomiast na plażę i do centrum historycznego można dojechać darmowym busikiem. Cisza, spokój - idealne miejsce na relaks :) Naprawdę można wypocząć.

Die Bungalows waren einfach toll. Der Service war hervorragend und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage mit dem Pool war traumhaft. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Unterkunft hat uns auf unser ganzen Reise mit Abstand am besten gefallen. Das Personal war super lieb und immer hilfsbereit. (Thuong - Y - Hoa - Thuy).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Hoi An. Tolle Anlage mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Sie haben uns bei der Organisation der Ausflüge geholfen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Das Hotel ist super süß und der Garten ist toll angelegt. Alles sehr liebevoll. Das Personal ist super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet war auch wunderbar! Der Pool ist klasse und dir Nähe zur Altstadt ist super. Es gibt einen Shuttle an den Strand und in die Stadt und man kann Fahrräder ausleihen. Das war wunderbar. Jeden Tag gab es frisches Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Es war traumhaft!

The property was in the country side away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An ancient town. We got a room next to the pond with outdoor area (a bit expensive). The room was large and spacious with separate dining and a small induction cooktop. The staff was top notch and they have a shuttle service to the town. Also free cycles to go around the area. Also provide discount to guest at the restaurant and spa.

The shower wall was not long enough and water splashes outside.

We absolutely loved Zest Villas. This place is beautiful, superbly appointed. Kind, attentive and very helpful staff. We stayed in a lovely executives suite, glorious room. Excellent cocktails and food at the hotel was also lovely. Generous options at breakfast. Used the shuttle bus and some Grabs. We loved the mid point location between the beach and the town. We also had treatments in the spa which were fantastic also. Amazing value for money. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!!

There is nothing not to like! 10/10.
