About this towable trailer rental

Nestled in Crescent City, this attractive towable trailer for $65 per night is a great option for your next break. Trailer comes with faux wood floors. Fully insulated and light trailer. This unit weighs 3100 pounds empty and 4100 pounds gross. Hitch weight is 310 pounds. 24 foot long, 27 foot extended when setup for camping. This is a hard sided trailer, no canvas tenting. Once set up it is difficult for humans and animals to get inside. There will be some setup which at first takes 15 minutes but once you get it down, I can set it up completely under 10 minutes. I will walk everyone thru the procedure and provide a video guide. The unit opens up and out from a collapsed position. The queen bed is in back and the full bed in the front. All the windows open up and have screens. There is a couch are and collapsable table. There is another leaf insert for the table in the trailer. Extra storage under both couch seats and in the back under the bed. Under the counters below the stove and to the back is more cabinet storage. The kitchen sink is large and the refrigerator, “although it looks small,” held the contents of my cooler, so it does hold a lot and works very well off propane. The refrigerator works off propane or full hookups. There is an air conditioner and electric heater on the ceiling. (These can only be used with full electric hookups or a generator) There is a propane heater that will work off the battery. There are electric outlets scattered in the trailer. (Only work on full hookup or generator). Plenty of lighting inside will work off the battery. (Sorry, at the moment I do not have a generator for this trailer) A three burner stove and small oven work off propane. There is an auto flame light switch. With two large propane tanks there should be enough propane to use this stove, oven and inside heater for several weeks. Carbon monoxide detector/ fire extinguisher No sway bars needed. Electric trailer brakes. Outside awning opens 12 feet long and 10 feet wide.
