Nestled in Pleasanton, this charming towable trailer for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Affordable Luxury at the lowest total weight in the class. You will appreciate all of the practical features that come with our R Pod and make any weekend road trip or long vacation super fun and hassle free. Perfect for couples or small families. Very clean inside and outside and will have clean bed linens. The pod is equipped with small refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, 2 gas burners, sink, heating, A/C, shower, bathroom. Has a slide out dining area. Queen Bed has new memory foam mattress. We only provide a clean sheet on the main bed, RV safe toilet paper and cleaning solution for the toilet when you dump the tanks. You will need to supply to rest (i.e. pots, pans, skillet, cooking utensils, eating utensils, towels, etc.) Trailer is light to tow only 2650 lb. dry weight, tow vehicle must have 4000 lb. towing capacity or more. Easy to maneuver and set up. To tow you will need a 2inch ball and 7pin round electrical connector, the trailer has the electric brakes if your vehicle is set up for that. Additional items include: - Sway bar for your safety - Honda EU2200 generator The generator will have a full tank of gas. Extra gas you will need to provide yourself. Honda EU2200 are lightweight and easy to operate and will power everything except the A/C. *If you need to power the AC, you will need to rent a 3000watt generator. Please be sure to dump all black and gray water before returning the trailer. We can direct you to a local dump station if you forget to do it at the RV Park. The dump station will charge a fee. If you return the trailer to us without dumping the black and gray water or if you'd like us to do the dumping for you, there will be a charge of $50. NOTE: We are also pet friendly, just please don't leave your pets alone in the trailer....we never do.
