I'm also only renting to locations with full hook-ups now with a 3 DAY MINIMUM! Thank you Dan THE RV IS VERY CLOSE TO LAUNCH POINTE, VAIL LAKE, PECHANGA, PALA, AND SKINNER! GLAMPING and CAMPING!!! Hit the camp grounds or festivals in our brand new 2018 Forest River Lite travel trailer. The trailer features everything you need for your camping needs complete from the sheets and blankets to eating utensils and towels. We also provide the hoses, adapters, surge protector, leveling blocks, and electrical cords you need for the campground hookups. We even added our own personal photography in frames on the wall to add that extra homely feeling while you're out on the road. The trailer includes two entrances (one in the front and one in the rear private bedroom), a bathroom (with separate entrance from bedroom and living room/eating area) with full shower/sink, kitchen with a refrigerator, three-burner stove, oven, and microwave. The RV comfortably sleeps 5 and possibly 6 with small kids. Two adults can sleep in the upgraded queen sized bed in the private bedroom, two adults or children can sleep in the folding couch bed, and one adult or two kids can sleep in the folding dinette set in the living room area. The RV has air conditioning, two Roku televisions (one in the front and one in the bedroom), a stereo, DVD player, blue tooth capabilities, indoor and outdoor cable hook ups, outdoor LED lighting, stainless steel appliances, high rise pull out faucet, electric tongue jack, and we even provided a DVD collection of some of our personal favorites for your moving viewing when no television access is available!! The trailer can be picked up in the Huntington Beach or Temecula area or delivery and set up can be arranged for a fee depending on the location of the campground, festival or other location. The trailer is also available for Stage Coach, Coachella, and Burning Man Festivals!! (Extra fees will be added on a case by case basis for the festivals). We are in the perfect location to travel to San Diego, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, the Los Angeles and Orange County beach areas or up and down the beautiful California Coast. A $75 dollar delivery and pick up fee will be charged for most areas in Southern California; areas further than that will be assessed on a case by case basis. A 3500 Watt Generator can be added on to the package for 75 dollars; five hours of use a day are included. We will gladly provide a walk through video of the trailer upon request, and upon rental confirmation, we'll also send a series of walk through videos and tutorials to provide you with a head start on getting familiar with the trailer prior to your arrival. Drop Off/ Pick Up times. We try and be flexible but prefer late afternoon pick up and you can drop it off between 12 and 5 as well to allow you a little more time to enjoy your trip and not rush. We can be flexible on a case by case basis as everyone has different plans and destinations! If you feel like doing a little more camping than "glamping", or if you have a few extra guests, then you can add on our outdoor camping package as well. For a $75 dollar add on fee you can add outdoor tents, a Weber Q Series 1200 Grill with stand, cooking utensils, 2 folding Coleman military style cots, 6 chairs (4 adults/2 kids), 4 camping lights/hanging lanterns, a folding full-size picnic table with two full-size folding benches, a Coleman screen tent to keep the fly's off the picnic table, Motorola walkie-talkies, tent stakes, a large collapsing trash can and more!! CLEANING FEE: A $100 DOLLAR CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED ONTO THE TRAILER IF IT'S NOT RETURNED AS CLEAN AS WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. KEEP IT CLEAN AND NO FEE! SIMPLE. We still love taking the trailer out from time to time so please treat it as if it were your own child! :) PETS: We have a family member with animal allergies, and with the possibility that future renters may be allergic as well , we can not allow pets. Sorry ): NO SMOKING OR VAPING, SNORTING, INJECTING, INGESTING ANY TYPE OF LEGAL OR ILLEGAL NARCOTIC IN THE TRAILER! LOL Just say no! :) The smell of smoking left over in the trailer will be a forfeiture of the deposit. Sorry... Smoking right outside the window is also pretty much the same thing. It took me 3 weeks to get the small out last time! lol Thank you.
