Heater and hot water heater run on propane or shore electricity. Small refrigerator is good for a weekend on battery power, or longer with electric hookups. Main bed sleeps two very comfortably, the dinette folds down to sleep one adult or 2 little ones. Lots of internal storage. Comes fully equipped with bedding, cooking gear (including percolator), camp chairs, unique awning, dishes, and dishwashing supplies. Also included are four wheel chocks, leveling blocks, and a Blue Ox sway bar system. What is not included is bedding for the second bed (foldable table) and coffee for the percolator. Can be towed with many SUVs or a truck. Our Toyota 4Runner tows it like a dream. Will include weight distribution hitch set up. You will need a 7 pin plug for the lights. 13 gallon black water tank, 18 gallon gray water tank, and a 30 gallon fresh water tank. We take care of dumping at the end of your trip...no extra charge! If dumping is needed during your trip, it will be your responsibility. Depleting the 12 volt battery past operational range will result in loss of part or all of your deposit, depending on damage. Tampering with the carbon monoxide/smoke detector will also result in part of your deposit. No candles, smoking, or pets. Any evidence of these (burn marks, odors, scratches, pet hair, wax, etc.) will result in part or all of the deposit, depending on damage, at owners' discretion.
