It has a queen bed up front and two single bunks in the back. The table can also fold down for additional sleeping space if needed. Our RV is a great for year round camping with optimal insulation, ice cold AC in summer and heating in Winter. Items included in the camper: - Pots & Pans - Cutting Board - Can Opener - Basic Cooking Utensils - Plastic Plates, Cups & Bowls - Ice cold roof A/C - Cleaning supplies - Broom Pick up and drop off time are flexible and can be discussed. Camper weighs around 4500lbs after fully loaded with gear. We also offer delivery. This is an optional fee during booking. If you would like to choose this option please contact us first to make sure we can deliver and set up the day you would like to rent. Propane will be full when you rent it and must be refilled prior to returning unless optional refill service is selected. RV must be returned cleaned or have the optional cleaning fee selected. Black water must be dumped or have optional service selected. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: I try to make this trailer affordable for familes as for many years my family rented trailers and we know it's a large expense but the memories are priceless. With that said, I don't charge a cleaning fee. I rely on the renters to clean as they go. I find that $75 or $100 per rental is better spent on those memories and not cleaning companies. If you need an immaculately cleaned trailer prior to your rental, please select the cleaning fee option. I will hire the company before and after your use. Otherwise the trailer will be presentable and as clean as possible for your use. I have bedding, pillows, chairs, dishes, towels, etc. in the trailer. You are welcome to use them as a courtesy, but please clean them before returning. I do not include them in the rental itself as then I'm responsible for every item's condition. I don't charge for it, but you're welcome to use anything in the trailer. Lastly, the electric awning seems to get broken 3-4 times a year no matter how much instruction i provide or warning about opening it in wind storms. Once broken, it takes months to get it into the shop to fix. So there is no guarantee of the electric awning working. In times where it's not operational by button, I will provide you with a bit and electric screwdriver to open it manually which is a few minute process.
