Nestled in Rocklin, this attractive towable trailer for $130 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. NO FESTIVALS! NO BURNING MAN!!! 2021 Keystone Passport 24ft living space 28ft bumper to bumper, perfect for a family camping trip!! Trailer includes queen size bed in the front, with sliding doors for privacy. There are bunk beds and in the back and the dinette can convert to a sleeping area as well. Full service bathroom, stove, microwave and refrigerator. An outdoor kitchen includes small fridge and a two burner stove. Owners supply a limited amount of silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee pot, limited pots and pans and kitchen supplies. Also included are two outdoor chairs and an outdoor area rug. It is recommend you bring your own linens (queen size bed has sheets and pillows included and the bunk beds have fitted sheets) food/drink supply, towels, toiletries and any other necessities you may need for your trip. RV toilet paper needs to be used and can be purchased at any camping supply stores or Wal Mart. For dry camp sites: We can fill up with water before the renter leaves with trailer and make sure propane is filled. We are not responsible for dumping grey and black water tank. You as the renter are responsible to have it cleaned and dumped before returning trailer to us the owners. Also you as a renter are responsible to know where a dumping station is near you and to call ahead of time and make sure they are open to dump (ESPECIALLY ON A SUNDAY). Renters are responsible to return trailer with refilled propane and gas for generator (if used/rented). There is an option to have us do this, for a fee, if needed. For full hook ups camp sites: We the owners do supply the hoses for fresh water and for the grey/black water. We also supply the cord to hook up for electric. When you arrive to pick up the trailer we will go over inside and outside of the trailer to photograph and write down a checklist. After returning the trailer, we will go over the photos and checklist to be thorough for your safety as a renter and our safety as a owner. The hitch is 2 5/16 ball. If you do not have that size we have a hitch you can rent from us (the owner). $25 flat rate for the rental fee for the hitch. Pick up and drop of times are flexible, if you communicate with us to work out agreed up times outside of times in the listing. If a time is not pre-arranged and the trailer comes back late, an additional nights rental fee will be subtracted from the deposit. Please return the trailer as clean as you found it or an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
