PETS: We are a Pet Friendly family and this is a Pet Friendly rig, however we do have a standard Pet Cleaning Fee of $150. This includes Laundering all rugs, Vacuuming all Cloth Surfaces, Cleaning all interior Glass, Wiping all Solid Surfaces including Hand-Wiping Floors. We provide a Pet Cover to protect the Couch. If there is Pet Damage, we will subtract Repair Fees from the Security Deposit. PREP/CLEANING: The Required $150 Fee covers the following: We Vacuum and Sweep the Interior, Sanitize all surfaces with Clorox Wipes, Launder the Towels and Wash the Exterior.
