All the comforts of home with queen bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, AC/Heat, shower, TV/DVD, outdoor patio. Important to note this is for rent with the idea that you would pick up the RV and take to your home- NOT FOR RENT IN OUR DRIVEWAY. For rent locally only- not for rent off of Long Island or extended road trips. Have overflow of summer guests? Too many family/friends RSVP'd for the weekend? Park our RV in your driveway and create the extra bedroom/bath with all the creature comforts of home like AC, TV, and microwave for your guests. Lucky enough to get a reservation at the famed Hitherhills or Cedar Point Park campground in Montauk or East Hampton but need a camper- rent ours! Our 2008 Winnebago comes with everything you need- just bring your clothes and food. The RV sleeps 6 comfortably but can squeeze 8 especially if its little kids. Queen bedroom in the back, one large slide opens the main cabin area to sleep 2 in a fold down booth dinette, couch folds flat to create a full bed, and over head cabin bunk sleeps another 2 people. Full kitchen with fridge, freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, 2 sinks, microwave, and plenty of storage. We include dishes, cups, mugs, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, cutting boards, knives, basic cooking utensils, and kitchen towels. RV comes with bed linens for all sleeping areas, blankets, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels. Our 18 ft x 8 ft awning unrolls to create a nice outdoor patio area which includes a picnic table and benches that seat 6. Four camping chairs, grill (lp), grill table, portable firepit, and separate 10x12 bug tent room. The RV is for rent locally only at a home (not ours though) for guest overflow or at one of our local state parks- Cedar Point Park, Wildwood, or Hitherhills. The RV is not 4 wheel drive capable so it cannot be used directly on the beaches. As a guest you would pick up and drop off teh RV. If you are not comfortable driving the RV to your destination we can arrange for pickup/drop off locally for $150. We are Pet Friendly for an additional $75. Cleaning fee is $275 which includes waste water pump out by a local sanitation company. If you are experienced with pumping our waste water you can save $100 on the cleaning fee and dump out yourself. Please note Hitherhills is "dry camping" and not all the amenities will work while dry camping- such as AC, TV, and microwave UNLESS you run the built in generator during generator hours at the park. And you will be required to run the generator for an hour each morning /evening while dry camping (easy pushing of a button) to keep the batteries topped off. We give you the RV fully loaded with gas and LP and just ask you return the RV full of gas and LP. There is a Shell gas station 2 miles from our home that offers both gas and LP fills. We can also do this for you after you return and you would be billed the cost of fuel/lp and our time to do it, $40.
