You won't be bumping your head inside this 12'5' high RV. Roomy bathroom with a nice shower. Fully stocked. All bedding, towels, pots, pans, utensils included. We also have available for rent: kayaks, ATVs, bikes. We want to ensure that our RV stays nice & clean for all of you who we get to meet & share our RV with so we have some additional rules and guidelines to be clear.:) Rules: Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. There will be a $500 cleaning fee taken from the deposit if any signs of smoking are present. No pets. There will also be an additional cleaning fee of $300 if there are signs of pets. There will be a $200 late fee if the RV is more than an hour late. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping can be dirty, if you bring back the RV unreasonably dirty (e.g. piles dust/dirt, trash everywhere) there will be an excessive cleaning fee of $100. No climbing on the roof. Even though there is a ladder it is only there for servicing equipment. The fuel tank and propane tank will be full at pick up and are to be returned full. If you bring back the tanks full there will be no extra charge. If you do not we charge $25 plus $4.50 per gallon. Renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below the unit. Renter is also responsible for all damages inside and outside of the unit including awning. If it is windy please bring the awning back in. Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved, logging roads, and sand dunes are NOT permitted at any time. Lower 48 states only. Canada allowed with pre-approval. RV is not to be driven over 70 MPH. All toll violations will be charged to your reservation. Towing: this RV is equipped with a tow hitch for those looking to bring along toys. There is a small additional fee for this use to help cover the additional cost ($15 daily) for wear and tear to the tires and the transmission. Sorry, we do not rent to Burning Man, EDC, or Raves.
