Located in Lake Conroe, this lovely vacation rental for $80 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A few things to note: -We don't offer a generator at this time. -If you need us to deliver, we prefer to stay on paved roads. We only deliver to rv parks, campgrounds & residential neighborhoods that are about 25 miles or less from us. Approval of rentals that have a destination that is a residential neighborhood will be approved on a case-by-case basis. -Lastly, you won't have room to tow bikes on the back of your car because the propane tank on our rv may be in the way. If you have any questions, please ask! We're more than happy to assist so your family will have a safe and pleasant trip! We both work so pick up and drop off is between 5 PM to 7 PM M-F. Sometimes my husband’s work schedule will allow for an earlier pick up or delivery and we are always more flexible on the weekends. We are willing to work with you. Let us know your schedule and we'll do what we can to accommodate you. This easy to tow Coleman Bunk House (CramAlot Inn) is the perfect travel trailer for your next adventure. Our RV has a lightweight design that can be towed by an SUV or small truck. We strongly recommend that you do a little research to check your vehicle’s towing capacity (requires 4,000 lbs or more). Requires a 2-5/16” tow ball and 7 pin connection. We may require that you use a brake controller depending on your tow vehicle. If you don't have one, you can either purchase your own, or rent ours. We have a package that includes the brake controller and towing mirrors for $25 per trip ($250 additional deposit required). CramAlot Inn III is ready to make memories that will last a lifetime. This RV is stocked with many extras that will make your camping trip easier. It has a Queen bed and two bunkbeds for the kids or whoever gets to tag along. ****No smoking & no furry co-pilots over 40 lbs. please. Concerning linens: We offer a linen package which includes freshly laundered blankets, sheets, and towels as well as pillows that have been sanitized. If you rent our rv for 4 nights or more then there is no charge for the linen package. If you rent our rv for 3 nights, then there is a one-time rental and laundry fee of $20 for the linen package. Note: There will always be a fitted sheet on all of the mattresses at no cost to you. Additionally, there is no charge if you would only like to use our towels. Just let us know you'd like no linens, towels only, or the linen package when you send us your reservation request.
