Located in Pacific Beach, this lovely drivable vehicle for $189 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. *flexible rate for stays longer than 10 nights! Our rig, Lucky, is a true gem. With less than 20,000 miles on her, she has been gutted and remodeled from the ground up by owners, the Hughes family. We are proud to note that every inch of Lucky from flooring to paint to upholstery to design & decor has been hand crafted by no one else. She has been a true passion project. We have even created a custom website and youtube channel that includes how to videos for RV set up and pack up as well as helpful tips so that you can better enjoy your stay (www.hughesrvrental.wordpress.com). Renters can expect a modern rustic decor unlike any stock RV on the market where every detail and upgrade exemplifies the passion and DIY efforts of the Hughes family. Now that Lucky is complete, we are ready to share her with you! -Lucky is a 31 foot Coachmen Leprechaun 317KS-F motor home -w6.8 V10 triton engine -5,000 lb hitch for towing -She has seatbelt seating for 9 including the driver -Lucky can sleep 4 adults separately, 6 adults total and has been known to carry an extra pack n play or two as well. She has two queen beds (one master and one loft bunk) and two twin beds (couch and dinette fold out) -Lucky is stocked with clean sheets for all beds, shower towels, kitchen towels, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee percolator, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, sponge and dish soap and -central heat and air -surround sound -outdoor awning -outdoor TV option -outdoor shower -power entry step -a full kitchen to include fridge/freezer, oven, stove, sink, microwave and storage -living room space to include couch and dinette -separate toilet room with inline laundry bin -shower and bathroom vanity/sink (bathroom area can be sectioned off for privacy) -master bedroom with wardrobe closet, drawers and optional privacy door -She is in sound mechanical condition -brand new custom interior paint, flooring, upholstery, linens and decor.
