Location is great, villa is great, host is great, beach is great, walk to beach is great, check-in/out great, priced reasonably, BUT the bed is by far the worse bed I have ever slept on. Its like a giant marshmallow with an egg crate to make it soft. For this reason we'll probably try a different location on Kiawah for our next visit.

We had a great stay. The pictures truly don't do the unit justice. The unit has a lot of updates and is comfortable and well laid out. It was nice to be so convenient to the beach. Eva was very responsive to questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Unit was exactly as it was presented. It was clean, updated and perfect. We frequently stay at Shipwatch. This building is the best location. Property manager was so easy to work with would totally stay at this property again.

We spent 4 nights at this lovely place on Kiawah Island near Charleston SC. The host was helpful and attentive and we really enjoyed the entertainment center when not outside enjoying the beach. We used the location for visits to Charleston as well as base for walking and biking on the beach.

Got there and AC was not working…after texting with owner and HVAC company it was fixed the next day. No sleep the first night…way too hot. Once AC was fixed the rest of the start was pleasant!

We had another relaxing vacation at Kiawah Island. The villa has an excellent floor plan and is very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the first floor location that was just steps to the boardwalk. A short one minute walk and you’re on the beach! We highly recommend this villa and look forward to another wonderful stay next year! Eva was very responsive to answer any questions that we had.

The condo was beautiful, clean, well appointed, & quiet. The location to beach (steps!) was perfect. Freshfields close by for dinner. Great location for vacation or attending PGA. Eva was wonderful to work with. Enjoyed every moment of our stay!

We stayed the first two days of March 2021. It was our second stay at this property. As before, the property was spotless, well-equipped and conveniently located. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. Although you cannot see the ocean you can hear it and you can be there in 50 or so steps. The owner is wonderfully helpful. We will definitely return to this property in the near future

We had a great four night stay allowing us to enjoy everything that Kiawah has to offer. The property could not be any closer to the beach. We rented bikes and explored the island all out our front door. The condo is very clean, nicely updated and extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

Owner is very responsive. Condo very clean and appears recently updated. Just a few yards to the beach out the back door. Building also well maintained. Great location to get around the island. Very good rental experience!!!!!
