I can't say enough how amazing this property is and how fantastic Eleni, our manager was. The property is simply stunning. The panoramic views can't be beat and the layout provides ample space for relaxation around the pool or up on one of the terrace areas. The beds, the windows, the showers, the decor - all what you would expect from a high end place like this.
Eleni, our manager is seriously amazing. She assisted us with transfers, activity booking and dinner recommends, AND started our day off right with some pretty fantastic breakfasts. Her homemade pies and pastries are to die for as were her jams. This was our first stop of many on our European vacation and talk about starting it off on a high. So thankful to Eleni and this wonderful property. My family and friends and I have the best of memories of our trip to Greece all thanks to her.

The Antelmi Villa is an absolutely amazing Property!! The location was perfect with breathtaking views of the Caldera. The property was spotless, and the beds were so comfortable. Eleni and her staff were the perfect hosts! Eleni arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well as a private cruise which I highly recommend. We also arranged for Eleni to cook breakfast for us. It was unbelievable! Well worth it. We just wished we had booked it every day we were at the Villa! Eleni met us when we arrived and had someone bring our bags to the villa. She is so responsive and made sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this property and we can't wait to come back! Thanks Eleni and staff for making our stay perfect!

WE had a great stay ,4th Bedroom is a lot of climbing to get to and then to get to the bathroom go down small stairs from inside the bedroom.

We travelled with 5 adults and a toddler. This was the perfect place. It was inviting and has insanely beautiful views of the Caldera and sunsets. We absolutely loved Eleni and all of the help she offered (by far the best host we've ever had). Highly recommend doing the private chef and booking a breakfast with Eleni. We also did the sunset cruise which Eleni helped us book, definitely a must. We loved our home away from home. Would definitely stay here again! Also, if you need assistance with transportation Eleni can help book that to/from the ports or airport to the villa.

We had a great stay in early August 2023. The home has incredible views of the caldera (great for sunsets), is in a prime location just north of the more crowded downtown Thira area, but still in the heart of restaurants and shops. The amenities (full kitchen, outdoor grill, great pool seating), pool, and rooms were exactly what we needed. Eleni was also a superb host - met us when we arrived, organized someone to carry our bags down, and was very responsive throughout our trip. She organized us transportation to and from the airport, and she also organized us a van/driver (very nice Mercedes van and personable and knowledge driver) for a trip around the island to some historic sites and winery. Great property and owner!

If you are traveling to Santorini, I highly recommend this property! The location is perfect - walking distance to numerous resturants and shops. Plus, the view is spectacular!!! There was enough room for 10 adults to stay comfortably. Eleni was so helpful and answered all questions. She even helped organize transportation for pick up from the airport and transportation for our group to the ferry port. She’s a great host!

My family of four (husband and two children ages 23 and 20) stayed at Antelmi Villa from May 26-31, 2023. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The villa was beautiful, private, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, and it was very clean with a daily cleaning service. We loved the huge outdoor space, with multiple levels, to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The refreshing pool was clean and large and wonderful to enjoy after a day of hiking. The host and property manager, Eleni, was so kind and prompt in her communication. She recommended fabulous restaurants and fun activities, as well as, arranged a driver from the airport and a porter to carry our luggage from the parking area to the villa. She even surprised us with a delicious spanakopita, one morning. Such a treat! We absolutely loved the location of the villa in Firostefani. It had the best sunset views, tranquility, and fabulous restaurants in town. It was also a close walk to Fira, if you desire more action and a bar scene. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay at Antelmi Villa, and when we return to Santorini someday, we hope to stay there again. We did a lot of exploring while there, and we saw no other property that we’d rather stay at. Antelmi Villa will always be our #1 choice! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!

The pictures online do not do this villa justice! The property is much bigger than the photos make it seem! Such a luxurious villa! And Elena is absolutely fantastic! She is very responsive and super organized! Must must must have her cook you breakfast on site and the catamaran she arranged was perfect! Just a lovely stay! My teens were very impressed by all the amenities and the view can not be beat!

The property is located on a cliff with a fabulous view of the sea and the villas along the cliff.
Host Eleni was warm and welcomed us with a tray of wine and cheese as we settled in with a view of the sunset over the sea from our balcony. Had a lot of steps to get to the villa. A porter transferred our luggage and that service was really appreciated along with daily house keeping service during our stay.
Eleni was very helpful in arranging for our airport pickup and drop off as well as guiding us planning our itinerary.
Eleni also brought over homemade spanakopita one of the mornings and a homemade Easter bread on Easter Sunday, the day we left. That truly was a personal warm touch that we will always remember about our stay.

This property is truly amazing. Its location is the best in Santorini with unobstructed (meaning to homes/condos) in front of you to block the incredible views of the ocean and caldera. 4 bedrooms each with own bath, great kitchen and gathering areas and a large swimming pool with multiple levels of outdoor areas. Eleni was a true professional and all around nice person--she even brought us home-baked goodies twice during our stay. Excellent security and within easy walking distances to town, restaurants and shops. We rented a catamaran for a 1/2 day cruise from Spiridakos (Eleni arranged). The sailing was wonderful, the food indescribable and the crew "the best." I cannot imagine a superior property in all of Santorini. Thanks, Eleni!!!

Our group of 8 Adults arrived and were immediately met by Eleni for check in. The Villa is lovely with beautiful views of the caldera. Thankfully, Eleni had her people take our luggage to the Villa as their are many steps to the Villa. Santorini is a beautiful island with steps just about everywhere, not for the faint of heart but a great workout! We enjoyed our accommodations and spent evenings enjoying the views and the occasional fireworks. Restaurants were fantastic and the hike from Fira to Oui was perfect for our group! Thanks to Eleni for recommending and arranging many of our tours and dinner reservations. She is an amazing host!

Amazing villa, centrally located to many shops, restaurants and markets. Service and attention from host was exceptional. All of our needs were met and often exceeded expectations. Getting up and down from the square to the villa is a bit of a challenge due to the many number of stairs in one direction or the incline but fewer stairs in the other direction. We opted to take path with the incline but fewer stairs.

6 adults and 1 child stayed at the Antelmi Villa. We were in Santorini for a friend's wedding. The host, Eleni, arranged pick up services from the airport for our group and had a bellboy help us bring our luggage to the villa. The villa was clean and spacious. All rooms had air conditioning. Housekeeping services were offered every morning. A rainstorm hit while we were there, knocking out our wifi, but Eleni was on top of it and sent a maintenance person out within a couple of hours to fix the issue. Overall a great stay and a cheaper alternative to many of the hotels in the area, especially if staying with a large group. I look forward to coming back to Santorini and staying here again.

Such a great location….10 minute walk the Thera along the Caldera View cobbled pathway. Great restaurants by the villa. Rooms were perfectly decorated and everyone had done privacy. Great pool and spacious outdoor area with stunning view and sunsets! We loved the place but most importantly Eleni was a fantastic host…organizing trips, transportation and delicious home made breakfasts for us. We loved getting to know her and she was super responsive and made our holiday perfect. She really does care about her guests. Definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful location. The view is breathtaking! The stay was made perfect by Eleni, the property manager. She communicated with us before we arrived and arranged for a delicious breakfast to be served on the patio with a view of the ocean and caldera. We had daily cleaning service - the home is well appointed and immaculate. The four rooms were perfect for our family - very roomy. Eleni also arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. She is a jewel. The only slight caution I have is to be aware that there are several flights of stairs to the main street. I am over 60 and recovering from surgery - I puffed a bit going up but the location is more than worth the steps!

Great, relaxing stay in Santorini
We loved staying here. Just outside of Fira, you can walk into the main town within 5-10 minutes for shopping, food, bars, etc. You're shielded from the busy street and tourists when coming back to the villa, which makes for a good night's sleep. The pool is the perfect place to cool down, and the beds are comfortable. The villa is spacious and perfect for a group traveling together that needs space and room to relax.
Communication with Eleni was great, and she helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations to airport transfers to car rental.

If you stay in this location, you cannot go wrong. This trip was 3 years in the making as we had originally planned to go in 2020. Eleni was very gracious to accommodate us in 2021.
We had the entire property for 7 people and could not have been more pleased. We had porters waiting for us when we arrived on our shuttle and handled all our luggage. All 4 units have their own privacy with bathrooms and a shared kitchen and pool area. The views were spectacular and breathtaking. With the sunset views every evening, we had take away dinners because we could not get a better view.
The breakfast for 15Euros per person/day, it is an absolute must! You will receive a feast which can last almost until dinner. It was wonderful.
Eleni and Ioulia were absolutely amazing. Eleni answered all my questions before our vacation in a very timely manner. Once our trip was closer to our timeframe, she provided a very detailed itinerary for us if we wanted to choose. We took advantage of the hike from Fira to Oia. Fantastic property! Eleni is a great host. We rented the entire property. It is really beautiful. Great bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Pool is great. There are lots of stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us. Would definitely rent this property again!

This property is a must book! Location amazing and Eleni was most gracious and so helpful. We rented all 4 units and everywhere we went after did not compare to this villa! Breathtaking views. Book a breakfast with Eleni, best meal we ate! Eleni took care of all the things including a porter to carry all our luggage. The villas were well appointed and beautifully decorated. I give it 5 stars! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
