Excellent location, great villa, superb facilities.

Our expectations were met on the whole. The pool was great, cleaned twice a week. Views were excellent. Quiet and peaceful. The owner, Lambas, was superb. had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms and he fixed it within a couple of hours.

The wicker chairs outside were a little hard and uncomfortable if you were wearing shorts or a swimming costume. I would suggest having removable/washable cushions, so as not to leave marks on the backs of your legs. Jacuzzi bath didn't work.

An enjoyable stay.

An enjoyable stay. Plenty of space, well laid out. Nice little welcome pack. Villa is in a nice location and not directly overlooked. Good timely communication to any queries.

Unusually there wasn't any information pack regarding equipment or facilities, but to be fair, any queries were answered quickly.

Lambros was a great host, provided a welcome pack on our arrival and was always available.

Good size pool, plenty of seating outside and inside the villa, good sized bedrooms with AC, en-suite and good amount of storage, well equipped kitchen

Need to be careful if you had young children as there is an un-guarded step between the patio and the pool but this was not a problem for us.

If you need a big comfortable private escape, this ville is the best choice

- very private and separated location, however beach, shops and bars are reachable within 10 minutes by car - huge villa with seaview and with many bad- and bathrooms and big garden - friendly and helpful host

- maybe a few clothes hooks in the bathrooms
