- got free upgrade to 4- bedroom villa from 3-bedroom one - nice although not used in our case - villa is spacious and in a rather quiet side street - pool is quite big and overall nice with two levels of depth which is cool for kids (staff even asked if we wanted it fences before we arrived for kids safety)

- we arrived around 8pm instead of 5pm (have informed reception via booking few hours in advance). Check in experience was literally non existent (I think only security was there). No one showed us around the villa. Just gave us the key and that was it. Security made fresh juice for us while we brought in our luggage but it tasted awful as if fruit had gone bad. - Breakfast is mediocre. Nice to have the staff (very kind ladies!) cook it in the morning, yet this is what you get in most villas in Bali. Quality of the breakfast is mediocre but probably average for Bali - pancakes quite thick and with loads of sugar (we told them not to put sugar after 2 days), cheap toast bread, fresh juices made with sugar (we were positively surprised on Day 1 how sweet and good the watermelon is until we realised they just put quite some sugar in on Day 2) - floor was dirty - both bedrooms and open living room(regularly swept but would suppose rather not mopped at all) - privacy - now not a big issue for us (families with kids) but young couple should be informed. You have breakfast staff coming in at given time (1h before the given time), then we had some days pool staff coming in to clean pool (while we are there and unannounced). I found the latter quite peculiar.

I cannot fault Bali Dyana Villas The setting is amazing and the ambiance is incredibly calm and relaxing, which is just what we wanted. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our villa was incredible and felt like our own little oasis. Highly recommended.

Everything, staff were great, very friendly, very efficient and any query or request answered and/or dealt with promptly. I have a bad back so would have like a cushion on the sunlounge - that's the only minor thing for me and they would probably have provided one had I asked! Plenty of other spots to lounge!

The villa was huge, beautiful pool. Great location. The staff prepared fresh breakfast at the property every day and they were wonderful.

The property is centrally located in seminyak with lot of eateries around.Breakfast in the villa is excellent as the staff are getting ingredients for breakfast and making it fresh and customised in front of us. The staff ( every one including security and reception ) are friendly and supportive.

The showers in bathroom could be better.they are much outdated

Not clean, the furniture is very old , the facilities are not good , Wifi is not covering the room. Alot of insects and Geckos everywhere.

The villa was superbly decorated with a private pool adding a great Bali vibe to it. We loved the location, which was close to the beach and lots of cafes. The hotel staff organised massages in the villa itself as well as lovely breakfast was prepared for us freshly in the villa. It was also commendable that a 20 litre filtered water bottle was provided for drinking which saved buying of many plastic water bottles. Highly recommend staying in the property.
