Superb location, fantastic facilities with beautiful pool and amazing supportive host.

location is superb. quiet country village with total peace and quiet. Villa is fantastic, with everything anyone needs for a stay of any length. Host, Chris, is always on hand for any queries and visits every couple of days to clean the pool and outdoor areas. This is our second consecutive year of staying at Zena and we are already considering it again for next year. Absolutely faultless!

This is a fantastic property, especially if you like to be in a quiet location with plenty of nature surrounding you. The supermarket is a 5-min drive from the property, with the beach being 5-mins in the alternative direction. The outdoor area isn’t overlooked by other properties, so swimming in the pool and sunbathing etc is very private.

I’d have liked the beds to be slightly more comfortable, but this certainly wasn’t a considerable issue. We cooked at the property each day, so could have benefited from pans etc that are in better condition. However, this didn’t cause any issues and didn’t have a negative impact on our stay.

The pool and garden was beautiful. The location was great for Pissouri, Pafos etc (by car).

The villa was OK but needed updating.

Host was waiting for us with snacks and took us on a tour of the villa, extremely helpful and informative throughout our tour, always stayed in touch, assisted us with restaurant choices and where to get boarding passes printed for our return flight - could not recommend highly enough.

House in rural and accessible location ideal for exploring Pafos/Limassol districts

The house is very well located being close to facilities in Pissouri and Pissouri Bay as well as being within easy reach of Pafos and Limassol on the motorway. it is secluded without being isolated and overlooks the surrounding countryside. The pool is excellent being unusually large and the outside areas have great charm. Chris, who manages the property, is a great host with good ideas and local knowledge.

great place to stay for relaxing and sightseeing

Zena Villa is situated nearby Pissouri Beach (2.5 km), Junction 39 of the motorway (App. 1 km) and Pissouri village (app. 4 km; take the main road, the direct way is not suitable for rental cars). The garden is south-oriented with lot of shade. The pool is 11 m in length what is great - however when we were there at the end of October the water was too cold for long swimming. The house is not new but everything works in good condition, ist is very clean. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very generiously equipped. Chris is a fabulous host. He came to the Villa several times a week to hoover the Pool, broom the terraces, always happy to give advice but never disturbing. He even bought breakfast for us as we arrived with delay late in the evening!

Very good

Friendly and helpful host, peaceful place, big swimming pool, all you need in the kitchen, great view. we enjoyed our stay.

Villa is really old and needs a renovation, but has his own character in the way, was not an issue for us. What was actually annoying is creaking beds at any turn ( I saw previous feedbacks regarding the same issue and asked owners if this problem was solved. I've got a response that it fixed ((( which was a case, and I'm strongly recommend to work on it as for a long stay it make a huge difference.

A great place to stay

The convenient & very pretty setting, the pool, the outside shower, the space, the different areas of outside seating, air conditioning in every room, the amount of towels & spare bedding provided, & of course Chris the owner; he was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about good places to visit & eat.

It's difficult to criticise anything about our stay here, the pillows were all a bit firm but that's personal preference, & the oven was not functioning quite right but we only used that once.

Calm Holiday Paradise

Very calm and nice place. For navigation use Zena Holiday Villa. Very pleasant and welcoming host Chirs giving good advises (worth to listen where to shop, which beach to go, where to eat, what to see and etc). Nice pool cleaned byhost every second day. Airconditioning in every room. Great barbecue set (gas barbecue). Car is a must!

Everything is not new but everything is clean and working. Wifi signal is weak when outside.

a REAL vacation

wow after wow, relaxing and calm, nature and sun, what we wanted, the children had a wonderful time, great place for families, Chris was amazing helped us in many many things... a holiday which will never foget for sure.

Very good

Quiet location, and close to the bay. Chris our host was very helpful.

Beds awfully uncomfortable, need replacing. Wifi old and outdated, no signal further than the porch doorway.

A very pleasant stay at a well-equipped villa

The villa is located very comfortably between Limassol and Paphos. The best thing about the Villa is Chris, the owner, who was available when needed and completely friendly. The kitchen, pool and grill are all terrific. In summary, we enjoyed the stay and had a lot of fun.

The other reviews already cover it: the beds are creaking at any movement, and the water pressure is low. Both did not deter from our satisfaction too much, but it's a matter of personal taste.

A perfect holiday

A beautiful villa in a beautiful, quiet location with a fantastic pool. The villa is nicely located for access to a range of Cyprus attractions and it had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and our host had even done some shopping for us because we were arriving late. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely return.
