One of the nicest apartments we've stayed in. A beautiful apartment in a great location, easy walking distance to all sites.

The location was absolutely ideal for our purposes. Lift between floors was invaluable. Bed very comfortable.

Far too much furniture in the lounge, making it tricky to move about or use the blue settees. Like living in a furniture storage area. No written guidance about how to use the air con, washing machine and tv. It took us several days to understand fully how the bedroom air con worked. Remote for lounge air con was behind the window curtains and we only found it after 2 days and used trial and error to get it to work. No air con in second storey bedrooms, temps there overnight were intolerably hot and luckily we didn't need to use them. Would also have been helpful to have written guidance on how to use public transport and to have some other info on local attractions and recommended restaurants - if such info was available, we never found it. A supply of basics such as sugar, milk and coffee would have been appreciated. House full of treasured memorabilia of a former bull fighter, but no explanation about who he was. Did the house once belong to him? It would have been nice to know the history of the house.

Location, cleanliness

The property is located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. We travel here with family and all of us enjoy the stay at river house. Rooms are very comfortable and all three bedrooms are en-suite.

The only downside is that there’s no shower gel, shampoo or hair dryer in the property.

It’s a really big house that contains everything you need for a stay. They offer you basic ingredients for cooking and towels etc. The house has an elevator to go to the higher floors, only at te entrance and to go to the highest floor you’ll still need to walk some stairs. We loved our stay here!

It was slightly dusty at the house. Furthermore the mattresses were a bit older. They offered everything for children, but be aware that the stairs are not blocked. Luckily all the doors could be closed.

Situated in a beautiful cobbled street, River House is in an ideal location for a city break to Seville. I can highly recommend it.

I’m not a fan of sheets and blankets (I prefer a duvet) but that’s a personal thing. The bed was a bit hard (again, a personal thing).
