Die Finca ist groß, gut eingerichtet und nicht einsehbar. Der Pool ist schön angelegt, im Januar allerdings etwas kühl. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet inkl. Spülmaschine, das Bad und das WC modern und sauber. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt in der Küche. Deutsches Fernsehen ist verfügbar. Wir konnten schön auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief sehr unkompliziert und er hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben.

Die Finca ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Boden im Wohnzimmer zeigt ziemliche Abnutzungserscheinungen und die Decke hat Flecken. Als wir die Finca gebucht haben, war ein weiteres Schlafzimmer auf den Bildern abgebildet, leider war das Zimmer verschlossen.

La casa, su amplitud, y comodidad. Con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios en perfecto estado y los, necesarios para pasar una semana, sin echar nada en falta. En el patio la, piscina, siempre templada, con zona, de, estar y de comer junto a la barbacoa. Los armarios de las tres habitaciones, amplios y con perchas. Una casa muy bonita y funcional en el centro de Lanzarote para ir a todas partes. El Propietario, muy accesible y resolutivo. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones.

Tan sólo la distancia de unos 500 metros a los contenedores de basura. Pero se podía ir dando un paseo y viendo las casas de la zona.

We were not informed we needed a car, our wonderful host brought us back to the airport to hire a car after arriving to the villa by taxi.

The villa is on a large, quiet plot. It was very comfortable with lovely decor. It was really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice as was the big outside eating and seating area. Very clean and secure with good communication with the owner. Safe and easy parking too. A very well maintained villa in a good location for visiting all of Lanzarote.

Everything about the villa was good. The location is the only negative in terms of not being able to walk to a shop or cafe/restaurant. Very minor point!

The property is spotlessly clean. Everything was well arranged when we arrived even if we booked less than 24h before. Some food was waiting for us which we appreciated a lot. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the central location is very convenient for visiting the island. The pool was also heated and we could. Enjoy it. Communication with Jose and Teresa was also very efficient. We would definitely recommend this house.

beautiful villa in a quiet residential area and very secure. Very comfortable and stylish ambiance. Yummy cake and wine waiting for us upon our arrival. Very sad to leave. We have visited Lanzarote many times during the past 30 years and it is still as lovely as ever.staying for another
