My family and I like the spaciousness of the house. It was also easy to communicate with the owner. The location was great. Value for money the environment was clean. My daughter felt comfortable. A few repairs needed but overall, very good, comfortable stay. I would definitely book this ocean villa.

Although it was very hot, I dislike the fact that the lower level had no AC eve but there was a number of fans that help cool the house. The cable shows were low rated. Wi-Fi was not working properly it kept going in and out.

the location is perfectly balanced, close proximity to all the attractions and perfectly isolated for ideal serenity.

The qquietness. The ocean view.

On arrival to this villa the owner stated it would have some issues due to the recent storm. He promptly accommodated us and honored our price for another place. Given the circumstances we decided to stay and he helps us every step to ensure our comfort. His help, Mrs. Angie, made sure to see to our needs! She was wonderful. This was a wonderful stay. It’s has its downs as all places do such as small work and small maintenance but I will say my family and I had the luxury of it feeling comfortable and homely. It has a very spacious downstairs where there is a open kitchen, dining area and living room area. Down stairs does not have A\C but the fans and open windows helped! Upstairs was four rooms- two rooms double bedded and two with one bed and balcony. All rooms had A/C and bathrooms making the wait for family way easier. There is no beach access from villa but you can walk right down the road to Buccoo Bay. There is a wonderful view from the balconies and hill. I recommend staying at this villa.

That it did not have access from villa. I’ll say the villa could do with a cosmetic upgrade. it is an older home.

This villa is very spacious, has a great view, and is close to the awesome Buccoo beach.

The owner and the caretaker of the Villa are very nice people and they did the best they could to support our requirements prior to arrival. The view from the villa is amazing.

We only stay one night because the Villa had major issues. The villa need to be properly cleaned, with clean or new appliances. Additional detail should be place on upkeep of the outside of the building. The location of the villa is great because you are in walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The area is very quite and has some amazing sun raises and sunsets. The breeze off of the ocean and the air is very coming. Additional attention should be look at because there is no where to sit by the ocean and socialize with family and friends. For what the owner was asking the villa is currently is not properly maintained for the price point.
