This villa was perfect for our stay. My wife and I stayed with my brother and wife and enjoyed both the home and the area. The place is great; huge for the 4 of us, with a nice patio to enjoy an outdoor glass of wine by the plunge pool and equipped well. We used the kitchen for breakfast and enjoyed the island for all other meals. The location is central, walking distance from Fira and all of the shops and restaurants. Our hosts Stelios and Vasiliki were fabulous, outstanding! They met us upon arrival and suggested things to do, etc and gave us an orientation of the island. Then they made themselves available for communication and restaurant suggestions, etc., throughout our stay via Whatsapp. They were super helpful! I recommend this place and would stay here again. Wonderful time!

Me and my partner stayed in Villa Oasis this September and it was such an incredible experience. The villa is situated perfectly, a short walk from all amenities but also far enough away that you don’t here the hustle and bustle of Fira or Firastefani. It is huge, very large, it actually felt a lot larger than the pictures. The outside space also boast a large patio and a small pool but a lot bigger than a lot of the other Villas situated close to and around that area. The taxi service was fantastic and we were able to travel to and from places whenever we needed. I would highly recommend Villa Oasis, Vanda (the property manager) and Chris (the taxi service owner). We hope one day to return!

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at the Island Oasis. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location within blocks of the Caldera. Vanda (the caretaker) could not have been nicer and more responsive. We have rented VRBO's in countries around the world and this would certainly be at the top of our list.

This house was huge, in a perfect location to walk to all key places in town and the pool was used daily. Cannot recommend this house for a big family enough!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis. The house is awesome, super big, very spacious with lots and lots of room for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed every second in the house. Its very centrally located and the access to Fira and firostoni by walk is amazing. The swimming pool was a bit disappointing. Its just like how it is in the picture, but we didnt realize how small it is. We couldnt do any laps. this pool is just for soaking. Some issues : 1. Supplies were not properly restocked. We had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and the cleaner just gave us half used bottles used by previous guests! it was very disappointing for the money we paid. please make sure this doesnt happen. More towels can be kept.the swimming pool towels are super old. please replace them. 2.The kitchen is awesome. cant ask for anythign better. but can you kindly consider keeping basic supplies like coffee and creamer and sugar? coming on an international trip , we were disappointed to see an empty kitchen without even some supplies for coffee and tea. It was hot with 90 degrees and there is no way we could step out searching for a coffee shop in a new place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very cool and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We received great recommendations from Vanda and had a wonderful experience. The only thing I would note is that, although the two bedrooms are in separate parts of the house, there are technically no doors separating them (or the third “bedroom” in the living room) - so not necessarily the best option for groups of couples if you require a lot of privacy.

This villa is truly unique, with the cave-like design in the heart of Santorini. We loved walking to restaurants in Fira for dinner and not worrying about having to drive home after a few drinks. Fira & Firostefani are a short and easy walk from the villa. Vanda was extremely helpful, as she arranged transportation to and from the ferry for us and made the check-in process very smooth. She also arranged a car rental just a few steps from the villa. The public parking nearby was very convenient. The villa is exceptionally clean, cool, and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. We would love to stay in the cave villa again on a future trip!

Great place to stay! It is an unique place to stay - so much room and top notch facilities. Great location too as it’s an easy walk to Firostefani, Fira and Imergovili. Can recommend the local restaurant Simos for Greek food in an authentic setting. Also we loved the cliff jumping from just south of the port area in Oia. Great fun for all!

Our stay was amazing. We had a blast! The house is very well located, we are very close to Fira and Imerovigli and at the same time it’s not crowded and quiet. Vanda is a great host. She gave us a lot of good hidden places to go to as well as touristic places.

The cave house is very close to Firastefani- around 5 mins walk up steps, and around ten minutes easy walk to Fira. Oasis house is really as spacious as the photos suggest . The pool is a welcome amenity, and the patio has ample shade from the beautiful palm tree. The kitchen has very good appliances . Local mini markets sell limited produce though. We were impressed by the unexpected but very welcome daily cleaning. The robes and slippers are a lovely touch!! Overall we had a lovely stay at the Oasis and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

This is a very spacious well equipped cave house. We were a group of 4 adults and two children, and the family with the children had their own section of the house, while the couple had the other suite. The showers are fantastic with great water pressure. Huge beds in both bedrooms, plus large walk in closets. The kitchen has everything you need, and is open to the living and dining areas. Can’t comment on the televisions as we were too busy to ever turn them on. Having a washing machine was a treat. It was so hot while we were there, and it was great to be able to leave with all our laundry done. The property manager, Vanda, is amazing. She arranged transfers to and from the airport for us, and was there to greet us upon arrival. She gave us all sorts of tips and information about the island and getting around. We had a small issue with the pool not being clean when we arrived, but this was promptly dealt with. We loved our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the oasis. Property was beautiful and the manager was very helpful and helped us coordinate out trips and transportation.

We had booked a place on Air BB which the owner cancelled last minute leaving us to scramble to find accommodations. Luckly we found Oasis ( Andreas owner , Vanda on site manager and tourist whisperer ) and they gave us a last minute deal that we were very thankful for ! We have been to Santorini before and knew what we wanted and where we wanted to be, the location of this house is perfect , you can walk everywhere .( 10 min walk to Firostefani and 15 min walk to Fira ) The pictures can't really show you what an architectural wonder this home is , with its space, arches , and simplicity ! We must of snapped over 300 photos of just the house. It was well supplied and we were thankful to have a washing machine , full kitchen , fridge, pretty much a functional home away from home. I can't forget to mention the showers in both bathrooms , they were a work of art and quite an experience ! Beach towels and patio furniture were great to have and the extremely private courtyard looking out to the sea was great ! We had a car ( arranged by Vanda ) and parked it about 50 steps away from our front door at a parkade. The beds are both king size and have memory foam mattresses as well as 2 sofa beds that were very handy for our teenage kids . Having travelled to Santorini before, I would say this place is without a doubt your best option ( if available :) Worth mentioning , the family also own another house on the Caldera which we saw before departing , we will come back and rent both for a family reunion ! It’s a beautifully converted property, extremely roomy and private. I don’t know if it’s just ‘end of season syndrome’ but we felt there was a need for a little TLC and the kitchen area is letting down the rest of the property. It is slightly old and under-stocked. Three wine glasses in a villa for potentially six is poor, also cooking/prepping type cutlery was limited. But lovely quiet location, away from the madding crowd and a unique living experience.

So many things to write about this property. Location - perfect - steps away from the bustle, an ocean view and privacy Space - spacious - when compared to the Fira Caldera side of the island where dwellings are stacked - we felt like millionaires with 3,000 sq ft Hosts - Vanda is an absolute pro and was always responsive - great recommendations and so gracious For our first time to Santorini, we found the perfect retreat - coffee and a dip in the pool, hiking and views, safety and amenities - thank you Andreas and family

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our eleven stay. The property was immaculately presented. It's a good size with plenty of room to move around. Great location, within easy walking distance to both Fira and Firostefani. Great service with the property cleaned daily. Bedding and towels cleaned regularly too. Would definitely recommend. The Oasis is an exquisite gem situated on a beautiful island. Without a doubt, it exceeded our wildest expectations. To begin, it is an architectural dream in every way. The space is perfect. The bedrooms are large, the beds very comfortable and the showers are sublime. The common area, living room and kitchen was just the place to share our morning coffee, plan our day, and make arrangements. Vanda, (the property manager) offered suggestions that we followed almost to the letter. (10 days is just not enough time to do all!) Afternoons, a refreshing dip in the pool, a lot of sun, a little wine, some music, then dressed for dinner we headed out again. Day's end found us back in the kitchen sharing the day's adventure, photographs, memories and lots more laughter. The walk to the village or Thira is not as difficult as some reviews would lead one to believe. Two of our party were not as physically fit as the others, the steps leading up the hill were steep, however, we found a way uphill without using the upper stair steps, a left turn just past the "quad rental shop" there is a path leading to the top of the hill by a flat surfaced gradual incline. Across the road there is a small market, a bakery and the No Name cafe with take-out service. The walk is easy. The same held true for the walk into Thira. A left turn again from "parking lot 6" at the top of the hill, walk a short distance to an open area on your right, carefully cross the very busy road and you will continue left then right, past Tony's auto body shop, uphill to the left is the path into the main market area. No steep steps! Our heartfelt "Thank you" to Lela, our house keeper, the two handsome Greek men who tended the pool daily and of course, Vanda, without her assistance we might not have had such a wonderful experience. And a special thanks to Black Pearl and all their drivers for safe pick up and delivery for all our island excursions. Especially, Simon, our driver, who understood six crazy ladies! Each and every moment at The Oasis was precious. We arrived for our reunion some were strangers to one another, others close friends, all connected to me. This was my 75th birthday gift...a chance to be with my favorites in my long awaited dream. Life had carried us in different directions, The Oasis wove us into a beautiful tapestry of memories and friendship.

Our 5 night stay in June left us longing to stay longer and wondering how soon we can return. 3 teen girls and their "Guncles" ventured to the heart of Thirostefani and within steps of the edge of the Caldera for a glorious stay at this amazing cave house. The house sits high on the hill just below the main road that connects the villages. As with most things in Santorini, it's worth the clime. With 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms separated by thick walls without doors the peaceful silence is AMAZING. Other than the occasional neighborhood dog or cat, you hear nothing. Parking is a couple minutes walk and there is not a way to get to the house without some sort of climb up or down so people with physical challenges might think twice but this would be no problem for most as all of Santorini has these challenges. We loved our plunge pool for a cool off after a day at the Beach or a dip to wake up in the morning. The courtyard is pretty private. You can walk to restaurants in the town as well as a short walk down the hill to Fira. We drove to a grocery store soon after arriving to stock up on provisions and I recommend this. It was cheaper than the small bodegas at the top of the hill and gave us more options all around. Communication was excellent with the lovely lady who greeted us and gave us the lay of the land. We had a car but, with luggage, had to also engage a taxi to get to the house from the Airport. I put the cab driver on the phone to our contact and she described where to deliver us and she was waiting there at the parking lot to greet us and lead us the short walk to our door. Because the walls are so thick the wi-fi is sporadic in rooms other than the main living/dining room but worked very well there. The location in the center of the island meant that anywhere else was within a short drive. Waze actually worked pretty well here surprisingly enough. We didn't do any big cooking but there was a grill and burners in the kitchen. All in all we were very pleased with this rental and wouldn't hesitate to return to it when we are luck enough to find ourselves back on magical Santorini.

We spent an entire month here. The location was perfect. A short walk to the hot spots of Fira and Firostefani without being exposed to the throngs of tourists! The cave house has everything one could want, even for an extended stay such as ours. Vanda, the property manager was wonderful and provided a wealth of "local knowledge" along with full time service. If you want great accommodations at an excellent price, with some privacy away from the throngs of tourists, Oasis is your place.

Stayed here with our teenage kids. Vanda was fabulous, the property was spotless and in a perfect location. You can walk to Firá in 10 minutes. Will definitely return.

AMAZING

Our stay at Island Oasis was wonderful. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to town for meals or supplies. It was a quiet and very peaceful house on a beautiful island. My tip to future visitors: make sure you take the pedestrian path into town, not the road as we mistakenly did the first day.

Andrea nous a réservé un très bel accueil et était à notre écoute pendant tout le séjour ! La villa est un bon point de départ pour le circuit de randonnée menant jusqu a oia absolument fabuleux ! Oasis is a beautifully and cleverly designed, very spacious, cave house within easy walking distance to Fira and even closer to Fiorstefani. Vanda greeted us warmly and provided excellent advice and support during our stay. There are really two sections to the house, so for the four of us, we each had our own spaces. The spaces are all connected with no doors which was surprising at first but it ended up not being an issue at all. It's large enough that the lack of doors between the spaces made no difference with respect to privacy or sound. Lela, the housekeeper, came every day to make beds and straighten up and that was an unexpected treat. By all means do not miss a dinner at Yalos, a restaurant on the beach at Exo Gialos. The setting is beautiful and food the best we had...and very reasonable. If we come back to Santorini, we all would stay at Oasis again in a heartbeat!
