We liked the villa and all the amenities that it has to offer. Also the manager was really nice and attentive. Also the food was delicious.

The beach is really nice but we got constantly harassed by all the local people trying to sell different things. By no exaggeration, when staying on the beach you will be approached every 2 minutes with "Jambo! How are you? All good? Hakuna Matata! Listen, do you want to buy (whatever product I have to sell) ??"

Beautiful villa, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and very flexible. We checked in at 11:00 instead of 14:00. The massage with the therapist is amazing. They organized for us the Blue Safari and the Dolphin tour and it was awesome.

The wifi is unstable. Taste of food can be variable but is globally okay.

A beautiful property located on the beach of Jambiani, calm and relaxing vibe, very comfortable and spotless. View from the veranda is out of this world. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Fresh and tasty breakfast and delicious local food, that we tried at the Suahili night. Recommended 100%, thank you for the great stay we had with you.

Our stay was comfortable and the Rooms are very neat.

The water pressure was extremely low on some days in the shower not sure what the problem was. Diid not bring it to managements attention.

Exceptional in every way from the staff, to the food to the rooms, the view and pool were awesome and it was a fantastic experience.

My bad evaluation about staffing is only regarding guest relationship managers. All other staff were great (housekeeping, restaurant, front desk).

Not only it took guest managers several days to bother say hello to me, but only one did. And for several days all others just kept staring at me without saying a word. As if I didn't pay for my booking or something. I've never experienced this in my whole life. One even interrupted me while I was talking to some other guests at their table, to say hello and talk to them ONLY, while standing right upon my shoulder, made me feel so uncomfortable that i left the table. And when the next day she asked me how i was doing and how was my stay, and i explained her my feeling, she apologised of course, but as if I really was invisible she said she didn't notice me. Thank God this is not my 1st time in Zanzibar but this will definitely be my 1st and last time at this hotel. They really made me feel uncomfortable, and not welcome at all. Besides this, for those who would be travelling alone, if you get to stay where i was (where the restaurant is) the sunbeds are so close to the stairs to go to the beach that you hear all day long the people selling jewels talking as they spend the day on these stairs. Breakfast is good but way too salty. And it might be worth investing in service clamps instead of works (this way even Polish managers could show the right example and not help themselves using their hands!).

An absolutely outstanding villa with views and pool to match. My only regret is that I only stayed one night in view of which the staff let us check out way after the official time... the hotels restaurant serves exceptional food and the 2No hotel managers I met were more that helpful..... definitely returning.

Everything. From the location (beach front) away from crowds and quiet. Well equipped apartment, you can see the sunrise from the balcony and room. Pool just in front.

A bit tricky to find the correct jambiani villas, there is 3 in the same area. Good signs at the road and streets would help

we stayed at the villa. it was with no doubt the BEST place that i have bben in Zanzibar. the location is great and seafront. we saw some remarkable sunrises. the beach was clean and white. not many people or locals. very tranqile place. the villa has 2 floors, very specioues and comfortable. exelent extrnal and interior design the meals were the best that i had in Zanzibar as well
