Our stay was excellent.

The accommodation perfectly met our expectations. There was a small complication when I accidentally reserved the entire villa for 2 people when I intended to make a reservation for 10 people. However, the owner was accommodating and resolved the situation to our satisfaction for a reasonable extra charge. We are very grateful for that.

Really really pleasurable stay

The Villa has lots of inside space and 3 outside terraces, excellent, fully equipped kitchen and excellent bathrooms.Unlike some villas that I've stayed in there were plenty of mugs, cups, plates and glasses and everything worked! The TV has some English language channels and is easy to use and the Wi-Fi is strong throughout the villa. Sea is 2 mins walk away and the harbour area of Paphos is 5/10 minutes away. Excellent restaurants nearby and the villa is on handy bus routes. Contact with owners was easy when required. We travelled as a family of seven adults attending my son's wedding, and everyone was happy, that takes some doing!!! Very comfortable and would recommend this villa to anyone.

Superb

Very big space villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very nice location, good wifi!

You need to remember to switch on the "hot water" 15 mins before you need it and that is it. So not a real problem, we enjoyed it.

Very good

Good clean place, near seaside. There's enough space for eight people.

Street is very noisy in the mornings. Air conditioning system is broken in green room and does not work.

It was a spacious inviting apartment, central to the sea, the sights, and restaurants. There were also outdoor terraces and a garden

The best location

Very good location. Beach, restaurants, car rental, party street are all very close. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable to get the keys. One cute cat visited us every day at the garden.

There could be more sunlight at the garden and inside the house, but it was not big problem. Little bit uncomfortable system of getting hot water.

Spacious very good location

The villa is amazing. It is old but very spacious, the furniture is well maintained. Many yards and balconies. The rooms in the GF have en-suite bathrooms each, the bathroom in the 1st floor is huge for 2 bedrooms upstairs. I really loved staying there and would definitely book it again.

The staff don’t speak very well english There no solar panels for hot water so u need to turn the water heat on but it is quick and we faced no big problem Only The floor was not that clean when we checked in.

Excellent location, beautiful outside spaces

Villa Papaya Residence is set in the perfect location. A 2 minute walk from the beach and the local shop, 5 minute walk from the heart of paphos and 10 minutes from the harbour. The villa could do with a bit of modernisation inside, such as the furniture, however this isn’t a problem for us because we spent so much time on the beautiful verandas and outside space. There is 2 balcony’s and a lovely garden with ivy. Clean and comfortable with lots of space.

Exceptional

Just a short ten minute walk down to the bars and restaurants along the front and only a 5 minute walk to the beach front. The facilities in the Villa are excellent with lots of patio areas, four in all if you wanted a quiet time. The place on arrival was immaculately clean and cool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room worked exceptionally well as outside it felt like 42 degrees during the day and 26 at night. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Perfect

Villa Papaya is a perfect accommodation both for families with children and young group of friends. The sea is close, the nearest beach is good, there are both small and big grocery stores nearby. It is easy to get there from the airport by bus and by taxi.

Great villa, excellent location but the condition let’s it down.

The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the harbour via a beautiful promenade.

The owner messaged after we had arrived to say that the villa was being refurbished once we left. Had i known it was so tired and unloved I would not have booked to stay here. There was peeling paint, damp patches, no cushion covers for the outside chairs so we couldn’t use the balcony, the showers were leaky, mop and bucket just left on the garden etc. It would be a wonderful place to stay if it was in a better condition. I did contact the owner regarding this and they very quickly dropped some new batteries off so I could get the aircon remote to work.
