Fabulous villa in a great area

The villa very much lived up to expectation. The location is a balance between being up on the hill with the fabulous views and being a little further away from the beach. The pool was fabulous and clean. The villa was cleaned numerous times during our stay, and sheets and towels also changed. There was more than enough space for the 6 of us. The kitchen had most of the things needed for meal preparation. Really good water pressure in the showers. Kalami was lovely, including great tavernas and bars.

There's very little to complain about with this villa. I would highly recommend.

Superb

Location is great, quiet around the amazing garden. We also loved the swimming pool, view from the terrace and the house itself has a soul. The village of Kalami is great no pubs playing football no parties, very relaxing place to stay and I would say one of the if not the best on the island. Host is good as well responding to the request immediately. Bottle of wine was a good touch as well. Overall if you go to Corfu you won't be disappointed. Some reviews say about the steep hill, just put the first gear and off you go no stress at all. House itself has all you might need including all kitchen tools. BBQ is definitely a benefit as getting fish in local store and grilling it was great experience. Thank you Emillio for letting us stay in your property and we will definitely recommend it to friends.

Lack of Mosquito nets - installing them would save loads of money, energy on the Aircon use as we could open the windows overnight avoiding hornets and mozzies getting into the bedroom.

Shockingly fantastic! All of it!

Shockingly fantastic! No exaggeration! :))) Mesmerizing view with Albanian mountains - one of the most impressive in the island. House - like mini castle, three bedrooms, but the feeling of three separate apartments. Three completely private bathrooms, and even three wardrobes. All spaces of the house - amazing. Don’t miss the tennis table in the basement. THREE completely different terraces! You can eat and live in each one of them. Huge kitchen with every utensil you might need. Perfectly clean. Pool - goes down in the middle and gets deep enough for jumping (safely from the side :) ). And it’s big enough for swimming around for exercising. No neighbours, completely private. At first we were worried about the road to the villa - it seemed narrow on the map. No reason to worry! The road is wide enough, even has a mini roadside, it’s asphalt, all the way to the doors. Last few meters - quite steep for unexperienced driver, but we took a manual gear car and it did all the job easily. If you want to be relaxed in Corfu all the time - manual gear car is a must. :) Don’t miss a walk along this road to the villa, especially in the dawn. Just couldn’t get enough of pictures in the dawn. Very clear directions - just few turns from the airport. :) Perfect location - you can reach any place of the island in one hour with something. Small grocery shops, lots of restaurants and cafes down in the town of Kalami - a 15 minute drive. With exclusive pebble beach. :) Perfect communication with managers. We got all information that we needed. Since we didn’t have any problems, we didn’t meet. Feeling of luxury, all kinds of it. We will definitely go back!

The villa is so wonderful, that it is really hard to get out of it to the rest of the island. Our kids loved pool so much, they just didn’t want to leave anywhere. Get ready for looong mornings and later leaves. :) Another note. Our kids spent hours in the pool until they got cold (we visited in the middle of October). Then they went to the master bathroom to get warm. And that one has a bathtub with whirlpool bubbles! So they kept forgetting, that they were just trying to get warm and spent hours in that. Consequently - no hot water left for the parents in the evening. Keep an eye on that bathtub. :)
