Definitely a nice place to stay for a few days

Lovely views from the balcony and the pool. Nice bar area. Super beds!

The furniture of the villa was a bit outdated (the villa next door was more modern.)

A perfect place to rest & recharge.

Fabulous view and location. Close to the highway and surrounded by jungle growth that is full of birds. The staff were super helpful and the food selection/service was top drawer.

Fabulous location, great restaurant and bar, lovely staff, and it's own wildlife sanctuary. Rooms a little dated but loads of room and all facilities.

luxurious views, old accommodation

Stunning views, spacious setup and gardens well maintained. Waiter/Steven seemed to like his job and did it with care and professionalism.

Lack of maintenance made it a bit disappointing. Receptionist was very inefficient. Property looked old, not luxurious as claimed.

Needs some love and care

Such a great location with amazing sunset views!

Villa was sparsely decorated, minimal and not feeling like a home. Small pool was crowded with (non-guest) families. Service needs to try harder

The views were amazing and the pool area was really nice. Staff was very helpful and made an effort to counterbalance the issues I faced with the room.

Unfortunately there was a severe mould problem in my apartment. The toaster, cutlery and pans were overgrown with mould when I arrived. The walls in the bathroom were mouldy as was every single pillow of the seating area. Staff provided me with cleaning materials and a mould-free toaster and pan when I complained and even offered me a different apartment which had the same issue however. I cleaned everything I could and moved the pillows outside (never got a replacement during my week's stay). Kitchen isn't well equipped, no pots, no bowls. Several lights inside and on the patio weren't working but I was tired of complaining at one point. You can see that efforts had been made to refurbish (new blinds in kitchen/living room but not in bedroom) but at the time of my stay it definitely wasn't enough and maybe the focus should be more on cleanliness. This place has such a potential, is beautifully located and staff is extremely nice, it's a shame it's not living up to what it could be.

Active surrender, desires coming into reality with ease, best meditation spot!

The views are awe inspiring, the tranquility and the nature, the mountains meeting the sea!

I would love to see more about sustainability practices beyond basics like hanging towels, reducing water, etc and to have proper trash separation in the rooms. The property is doing a lot of great things, but it seems I had to ask lots of questions to find out - don’t keep it such a secret. (:

The food was good, the location and the view excellent. Additionally, the service was great.

The shades from the room could have been better. The bathroom has a weird stain on the blue wall of the bathroom.

Great views and superb staff

Staff were superb. Views were spectacular. Wildlife surrounded the villa and just by the Alturas animal sanctuary which was organised through the venue and was also superb. They arranged our transport to Local towns and our transfer to the airport. Overall fantastic

Best place we stayed in in Costa Rica

We loved it so much that we were meant to stay one night but changed all our onward plans and stayed for 8 nights! Says it all. Staff were so wonderful, views were to die for. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with Netflix on the Telly so the kids were happy. Great restaurant was fab, a trip to the animal sanctuary is a must, and Dominical is a great place to hang. We’ll be back!!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and will definitely return!

The villas are very comfortable, spacious with amazing views and the staff are particularly awesome - so friendly and welcoming! The food and beverages were also outstanding!

I don’t like cold water in a swimming pool but the pool here was too warm and so not refreshing in the very hot weather. Very little shaded areas on the property which was uncomfortable because the pool wasn’t a relief from the heat.

Relaxing beautiful accommodation.

amazing, beautiful view of ocean & jungle. Very large and well appointed kitchen. Comfortable king sized bed. Restaurant is excellent and staff are friendly & helpful. Tours of next door wildlife sanctuary steps away.

The rooms were nice and clean with everything you might need; the pool area was lovely; the restaurant was good and the team who work there are really friendly and helpful. The views are incredible over the bay - cannot be beaten!

Beautiful view from both the pool and our Villa. Staff is super nice!

Location, location, location…the view was awesome!

Pool water wasn’t very refreshing and lacked some chlorine especially after weekends with lots of children.

Breathtaking views

Excellent location. the view fro the deck of each villa is amazing. Comfortable villas with everything you need. the staff was always available and ready to help. location is perfect as it takes 10min drive to both Uvita and Dominical.

The place would use some face lifting. it’s a bit outdated but clean and comfortable.

The vacation experience I needed

FANTASTIC place. The place, the service, the food, THE VIEW. One of the best places I've stayed at. Waking up with the view makes it worth it alone. Plus the service, the food, the pool, the comfy bed... everything is top-notch. I went on my birthday weekend and it's one birthday to remember!
