It had a stunning view, was very clean and modern. had everything you could want from a self catering villa

it wasnt possible to swim there were a lot of ants and little insects in one of the bedrooms we had to use a lot of fly spray

The location was amazing and the view from the deck was exceptional. The villa setup was so good for our family with the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms meant we all had our own space. The villa was beautifully presented and the staff cleaning and running them were so easy to deal with and nothing was a problem.

Only feedback I’d give is we were in villa 1 and we had wooden deck railings which restricted the view when sitting on the deck were as villa 2 had glass railings

The location was excellent right on the beach with unobstructed views of the water. We had breakfast on the verandah and saw a humpback whale right out in front of us, amazing. Lovely villa, tidy and functional with loads of space ideal for a family or couples. Close to town, but away from the bustle. We will be back.

This was an amazing house!

The location. The villa was impressive , very spacious and airy. Walking distance to Avarua and restaurants. Very quiet and I believe very good value for a family who wished to do a bit of self catering. Loved it.

My wife swam every day in the lagoon but it is not the best area for swimming and snorkeling. This is a very minor quibble as most people would probably rent a car and explore the island for more popular spots.

The view was amazing and the space was great. Sarah was very helpful and lovely.

My only suggestion would be to add a water bowl by the steps to wash your feet off.

beachfront location - literally the sea coming under the villa was awesome! clean, modern facilities, close to town and hosts were very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended!

no heatpump in main living area, however we had a nice seabreeze through the front ranchslider, and all rooms had heatpumps.

Beach location

Loved everything. Thank you for being amazing hosts. Even letting us stay on a couple of hours longer due to covid restrictions. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back.

The view

Sadly I give a negative review. On arrival, one of the aircon was not working.. I was given a call to ask if it was ok to come around 4; we said ok and waited, no one arrived. The next day as we were preparing dinner and drinks, we had a knock on the door advised they would install the aircon, with no warming. This took a couple of hours and ruined our evening as the whole atmosphere changed. Unfortunately, the tv was also not working; it took another day of waiting for a couple of visits from a Vodaphone technician to get this working.. Sadly a few precious holiday days where waisted .

The villa is amazing! Great location close to town and beautiful view. Very clean place, big spaces and super comfortable in every way. Loved this place!!

It was a beautiful location right on the beach, clean and tidy ( came and cleaned the house and changed sheets/towels every three days)and great air con which is a must in Rarotonga! friendly staff!

Broken top shower in ensuite and bathroom door in main bathroom but they were still great
