Perfect stay

This villa is amazing. The villa is located in a very quiet area, but still very close to the centre of Seminyak. The garden and pool area are spacious and beautiful. The staff Jenny is very lovely and helpful. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I liked everything about this villa and I wish I could stay longer. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali. I highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay.

Wonderful stay!

Bright and clean facility. It is very nice to have an air conditioned living area overlooking the pool to welcome us back from the hot and humid weather. The daily housekeeper was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Kids struggled with the shower head not staying up in the other bathroom.

Great experience for a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed staying here.

The location is excellent for quick commutes to a range of amazing restaurants in the area. We walked to almost every venue we ate at and had an endless amount of highly-rated restaurants and cafes to pick from. The villa is tucked away from main roads so you get almost no noise which was incredible and made the stay super relaxing. Mini-mart is a two-minute walk from the villa so stocking up on snacks/drinks was easy. Jenni was super kind and did a great job cleaning and maintaining the villa each morning.

The showers had some problems with staying upright which was frustrating. Beware that the open bathrooms are separated by one single wall so you can hear everything that is going on in the bathroom next to you (not ideal for when two people were wanting to use the toilet at the same time)

Location was magnificent: close to town centre but still very private. The pool was a major plus; very clean and inviting. The property layout was very good; the bedrooms off the long living space. Especially liked the illumination of the property and pool at night: most restful

We read that there was a dryer but no big deal. It was a bit strange that there was hot water available but not over the sink (not much of a concern)

BEAUTIFUL FAMILY FRIENDLY VILLA

It is little oasis in the heart of Seminyak! Huge and beautiful garden surround the villa. Big and comfortable bed, living area with an AC, makes us want to stay at the villa whole day! Jenny the maid and Made the poolman were doing fantastic job. They have big screen TV with Netflix account and Youtube for our kid. Semi open air bathroom, it is something that we don’t have back home in the city, but turn out we like it so much! Location is walking distance to Sisterfield and Revolver coffee. Gojek and Grab don’t have trouble to finding the villa. We love our stay and plan to book again in July!

The villa located in small alley, which is good because it’s very quiet. The alley and garage only fit for 1 car. Easier to take online taxi, due very hard to find parking in Bali.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was perfect for my needs. The villa had a very big garden where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The living area was closed and had air conditioning, which was great for the hot days. Jenny, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and gave me some tips on where to go and what to do. The location was in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to the centre and the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Homely stay

Our host was very friendly and made sure to greet us warmly and walk us around the different facilities upon our arrival. There are a wide food and massage options available that you can order from the villa and the villa is located in a quiet area while being within walking distance of cafes and shopping area. The garden is big with many plants and photo-taking spots. There is a useful kitchen area with microwave, fridge and cutlery available. There is a very spacious living room area with dining table and sofas with a working TV. The outdoor bathroom was also unique. The rooms with double beds were absolutely beautiful, luxurious and spacious. It is overall clean enough, spacious and comfortable with big and luxurious bedrooms. Very nice if you like large gardens and photogenic bedrooms.

Property is rather hard to find and the vehicle roads into the property are very narrow. The stepping stones in the garden were slippery with algae and the outdoor bathrooms are un-usable when it rains, unless you like showering in the rain. Our host told us that there were "planks" to cover the bathroom when it was raining but didn't show us how to use the planks. The air-conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking a little when we arrived, but was fixed by the next day. The walls in the outdoor shower have some algae on them. The 2 rooms with double beds are very pretty but the third room with a single bed is rather small and looks like a study room rather than a luxurious bedroom. The pool was also rather small and also did not look very clean when we arrived. The pool was however cleaned by the third day.

good location and value for money

Very cozy villa in a quiet neighborhood. Decent size with 3 bedrooms and a huge green garden. Ideal for family. Food and massage are within walking distance (8-10 mins walk). Beach is a bit far away, but still reachable by walk (ie. 15 mins).

Secure clean family-friendly villa in a great location within short walking distance to a cafe and mini-mart, great kitchen with water supplied, comfy couch, huge yard and grass area with a beautiful garden, comfy beds, Jenni cooked delicious breakfasts and was genuinely lovely, transfers to and from airport, great communication and any issues were fixed quickly.

Not much - showers ran a bit hot and cold, property is getting a little older and could probably do with a little maintenance soon but nothing major (e.g., blinds outside have broken cords, loose PowerPoints in guest bedroom near crumbly wall, sounded like there were squirrels or cats ?? living in the roof).

Oasis in the very centre of Seminyak!

HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!! It was amazing stay, love the beautiful garden and fresh pool. The location tucked in a quiet alley, but we still easily to access the main road (Seminyak Square, Seminyak Village). Rani the host did a great job! Met us upon arrival and always responsive for any question. Her team was friendly and lovely. Very easy to communicate with them. Very ideal villa for company of 5. Spacious room and bathroom, fully aircond living area, and huge garden made us feels in oasis. Dream house how living in the paradise is. Thanks you Rani and the team for your hospitality, we wish to have longer time staying with you!

Villa Janitra was in a great location in a very quiet are and only a few minutes walk to Sisterfields, Seminyak Square and Motel Mexicola. The rooms were spacious and the pool was amazing. Our host was very helpful with complimentary airport transfers and room servicing upon request which suited us perfectly as we prefer our privacy. The staff Jenny, Wayan driver, Vivin were lovely and done a wonderful job. See you again on May!

FANTASTIC VILLA, POOL AREA WITH SUN MOST OF THE TIME

Recently enjoyed a stay there with a friends. The reality much better than photo! Rani the host was briliant, she met us upon arrival, giving the house tour, and always responsive for any quiry. Spacious area, comfy bed and pillow. Toothbrush and tooth paste provided. Safety box in a 2 big room. Drinks in the fridge fully stocked and not overpriced at all! Laundry service available for 1,5AUD/kg. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, always attentive for all our needs. Garden very big, and pool area have sun most of the time. We don’t want leaving villa because of this reason. Thank you Rani and team, i can’t fault our stay at all!

It is our 7th time to Bali, and we were so lucky to find this gem in centre of Seminyak! Very comfort as they also provide an airport pick-up. Lovely host greet us upon arrival, and giving a house tour. We are stunned by the fact that the Villa have huge beautiful garden, which i assumed very rare in Seminyak centre!!! Walking distance to our favorite cafe Sisterfield and Revolver, yet located in very quiet lane and safe neighborhood. Housekeeper coming everyday and doing wonderful job. They provided clean and maintenance of villa but also a lot of privacy. Comfort bed, basic cookware, cosy airconditioned living area with a complimentary Netflix. My wife and I have had travelled around the world and stayed in many properties, definitely Villa Janitra are one of the best. Thank you Rani and team for your hospitality. Highly reccommended!
